Ostseecamping Am Salzhaff is located directly on the Baltic Sea, in northern Germany. Due to its sheltered location on an inlet, the water here is calmer, ideal for surfers and families with small children. The campsite therefore attracts many water sports and nature lovers.

The campsite has spacious pitches in open fields, equipped with electricity and water. There are also special spots for campers at the entrance. Don’t have your own camping equipment? Then choose a camping pod or bungalow, both with kitchen, toilet and shower facilities and a terrace.
Facilities for a relaxing holiday
The campsite has a surf school where you can have lessons. Children can have fun on the playground and there is entertainment during the summer months. The toilet facilities are modern and well maintained, with spacious showers. For something to eat and a drink, visit Seaside Pepelow restaurant, where locals also like to eat at weekends. The menu includes schnitzel, spare ribs, a hamburger and a variety of fish dishes.

There is plenty to do in the vicinity. For example, the lovely harbour town of Wismar (21 km) is half an hour's drive away, with its historic town centre and nice shops. The island community of Poel (18 km) is also worth a visit, with its lighthouses and nature reserves. For a day at the beach and promenade, visit Kühlungsborn (22 km) or Rerik (11.5 km). Walkers and cyclists explore the area via the East Coast Route.
