We arrived on 15th June 2024 and departed on 17th June 2024 and we have to say it was the worst site we stayed at on our Italian tour in our Motorhome. When we arrived the reception desk argued about the length of our MH, but despite his best efforts to 'Lengthen' my van, it was measured at 7m... Their listing states that they accept the ACSI card as ID, just like all the other sites we had used, but he was adamant that it was not good enough and retained our passports. Once on our pitch, it was very dirty and had not had the grass cut in some time so 'Bits' from previous users were over most of the pitch. The toilets were the worst part of the site, they were not cleaned from the day we arrived to the day we left, I know this as there was a poo stain in the only working gents toilet when we arrived and it was there when we left. Although there were a number of toilets and showers in the gents toilet block, only one toilet and one shower were working for the duration of the stay; the others had been isolated 'OFF'. The smell from the toilets was very strong. My wife told me that the same situation existed in the female toilets. The site was also used as a carpark for people visiting the Pompei site which is across the road, and these people also used the toilet facilities which meant they should have been cleaned on a regular basis, which they were not. The pitch where we were put was infested with ants and the site was doing nothing to reduce them. When I went to pay to leave, despite the reception being on the internet, their card machine had no internet, so I had to pay in cash and I received no receipt? We will never use this site again.

this site is terrible, during our 2 night 3 day stay, the toilets were NOT cleaned, only one toilet and shower were working in the gentlemans side and the womans were no better. the refused to accept the ACSI card as id and held our passwords. we had to pay in CASH as they claimed they had no WiFi. The place is very dirty and run down, NOT RECOMENDED.
