San Francesco Camping Village is located on the sunny south bank of Lake Garda, near Desenzano del Garda. This large, well maintained campsite lies at the beginning of the elongated peninsula, from which the attractive town of Sirmione juts out into the lake. Both children and adults will thoroughly enjoy themselves on the campsite or in one of the large amusement parks at the lake.

Not just camping

When you drive to the campsite, the first thing you will see is the wide driveway flanked by oleander trees. San Francesco Camping Village is a well laid out and very green campsite with paved main roads and straight side roads. The pitches vary in size, the surface is mostly hardened. As the name 'Camping Village' indicates, in addition to camping pitches, rental accommodation in the form of mobile homes is also available. These are suitable for four to seven persons. They are located in a separate section somewhat further inland, while the touring pitches are closer to the lake.

Enjoying the lake (and more)

The campsite has its own sunbathing lawn along the lake with shady trees. Here you can rent a boat or canoe. In the section with mobile homes you will find the swimming pool and the sports facilities (tennis and volley ball). There is a convivial small bar near the sun-drenched swimming pool. The centrally located restaurant (with bar and pizzeria) is very sociable. Across the terrace of the restaurant is a playground for the little ones.

Sanitary facilities

The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The ablution blocks are neatly laid out. There are special children sanitary facilities with children's showers.
