Ardennen Camping Bertrix is a family campsite in the Ardennes, in the south of Belgium. Here, you camp on a natural camping terrain with many different pitches. Some are located in the shade of the forest edge, while others are in the sun and offer views over the surrounding fields and forests. With an outdoor pool, playground, sports fields, and a play forest, both young and old can have fun.

Camping spots with character

The campsite is located in the hilly landscape just outside Bertrix; its terrain is sloped, and the camping pitches are situated at different heights. There is a spot for every camper: large and small touring pitches, some with plenty of shade and others in the sun, offering views over the surrounding fields and forests, or located at the edge of the forest.

Swimming pool and terrace

In the centre of the campsite, near the entrance, you find a large outdoor pool and the children's pool. From a higher terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pools. The terrace is a great spot to enjoy the sun. With a Belgian beer and Belgian fries on the table, it’s sure to be an enjoyable experience. A playground, sports fields, and the playroom, the central point for animation activities during the high season, surround the pool and terrace.

The play forest

At the edge of the campsite, a play forest has been created. The forest already existed naturally, and play equipment (a log bridge, a climbing wall, and swing ropes) has been added specifically for the children. In the play forest, they can climb and run to their heart's content.

Liked - De combinatie van bos, zwembad, de ruime plekken. We zijn ook heel goed geholpen bij de receptie
Disliked - Voor ons persoonlijk hadden wij graag zwemwater Voor onze hond in de buurt gehad

Liked - Zwembad was prima.
Disliked - Kabaal tot 12 uur 's nachts. Terras open vanaf 15.00 uur. Er wordt totaal geen informatie gegeven over de camping of de omgeving . Vraag je om informatie dan moet je het eruit trekken

Het verblijf was fantastisch, eerst een weekend gegaan omdat mijn ouders er stonden, onze tentjes waren overstroomd, en bertrix was zooo aardig ons tegemoet te komen met n chaletje voor n nachtje, wat niet standaard is! We zijn erna in september nog een week gegaan. En nu gaan we aankomende juni opnieuw voor 2 weken,... fantastisch!!! Top verblijf!!

Goed en professioneel ontvangst, mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de bossen rond de camping. Sanitair proper en goed werkend maar gedateerd. Animatie voldoende en na een melding dat bij de boeking geen Acsi korting was verkregen hebben ze dit correct afgehandeld. Gaan zeker terug. Dorp met veel leven op kleine afstand.

acsi award onwaardig, in het laagseizoen is met cc kaart, de weg naar onze plaats heel gevaarlijk, grote putten en slepen van de caravan achteraan

We zijn al vaker op deze camping geweest. Blijft een prachtig gelegen camping maar het onderhoud mag wel wat beter. Met name de wegen op de camping en het sanitair. De wegen vertonen veel beschadigingen waardoor er gaten in het asfalt komen. Het sanitair op het lager gedeelte van de camping wordt niet goed schoon gehouden. In de toiletten zitten vieze randen en lijken niet schoongemaakt.
De plaatsjes zijn ruim. Gratis wifi alleen bij het restaurant/terras.

Net terug van camping Bertrix.
Waren er met een mobilhome, hadden onze plaats gekozen op plan . Ook telefonisch contact opgenomen ,met de vraag of je er met een mobilhome op kon. Geen probleem volgens hen tot we vast stonden en er een tractor aan te pas kwam. Plaats onbereikbaar en over andere percelen moeten rijden om er te geraken. Ook bij het wegrijden moeten wachten tot de plaatsen ernaast vrij waren.
Zwembad is veeeeel te klein. Peuterbad onverwarmd . Geen REDDER.
Geen levensmiddelen te verkrijgen.
Mobiele snackbar 3 dagen per week.
Op dinsdag restaurant gesloten .
Te weinig sanitaire voorzieningen en niet zuiver
Coronamaatregelen werden niet gerespecteerd door onderhoudspersoneel en Nederlanders.

In september een weekje op Ardennen Camping Bertrix gestaan. Een mooie camping met fijne plekken, zeker zo net na het seizoen. De voorzieningen zijn uitstekend, vooral het restaurant en het prachtige zwembad zijn aanraders. Het personeel is hartelijk en heel behulpzaam. Als enthousiaste wandelaars hebben we ons op en rond Bertrix uitstekend vermaakt; ook veel bijzondere planten gezien. EEN ABSOLUTE AANRADER
