Camping Valkanela is a large and versatile campsite on the Adriatic coast, a few kilometres north of the town of Vrsar. At this bustling campsite you will find everything you need for a complete and carefree camping holiday: several restaurants and bars, swimming pools and plenty of entertainment for young and old.

Pitches by the sea

On the campsite you have plenty of choice of pitches. For example, there are more than 1,200 touring pitches on the site. The closer to the sea, the more expensive the pitches, but also the more luxurious they are. If you want a standard pitch, you are in the beautiful forest, a little further from the water. The choice is also wide in mobile homes. Some of the rental accommodations even have small (shared) swimming pools on their doorstep.

For the whole family

Close to the beach is the large swimming pool. The whole family can go here, as there are several pools. Cool down in a deeper pool, a separate pool for the slightly older children and a spacious paddling pool. Around the pools you can sunbathe or lie in the shade on the lawn. The swimming pools are more often the centre of the entertainment team, which in the summer months provides a full entertainment programme for campers of all ages.

Adriatic Sea

The campsite has built its pitches around a beautiful bay of the Adriatic Sea. Because of this, campers have access to a long (secured) pebble beach with sunbeds, from where they can take a dip in the water. There are small pontoons at the campsite where you can moor your boat, and nearby the water sports possibilities are endless.

Wir waren 5 Wochen mit dem WM auf diesem Platz, die Sanitäranlage war immer sauber, der Platz ist groß aber wir empfangen es nicht so. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir fahren schon seit Jahren auf diesen Platz, langsam werden die Waschhäuser nach und nach renoviert, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen, aber die alten sind eine Zumutung. Die Preise werden jedes Jahr erhöht, aber viele Sachen sind für die normale Camper völlig uninteressant. Da wird die Gruppe der Mobilhome-Urlauber in den Focus gestellt. Außerhalb der Hochsaison ist der Platz wirklich schön und man wird auch nicht ständig von der Strandbar mit Musik beschallt. Der Pool wurde erst 2016 neu gebaut bräuchte an vielen Stellen eine Renovierung und das Wasser ist immer kalt. Besonders das Kinderbecken. Wir werden 2023 wieder hinfahren da unsere Kinder da hin wollen.

Es ist ein großer Campingplatz, das Wasser ist sehr sauber, der Platz ist ruhig, große Plätze, schatten, sanitären Anlagen sauber und viele neu gemacht. wir fühlen uns wohl.

campeggio molto bello pulito e curato in modo quasi maniacale , buona l’attenzione verso il turista , mare bellissimo pulito e limpido , grandi e ben disposte le piazzole con acqua e scarico, unica nota stonata i prezzi altissime nei ristoranti e negozi interni rispetto a ristoranti e bar esterni .

Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, in den Pfingstferien stark frequentiert von Bayern und Österreichern, danach kamen die Slowenen. Ohne Reservierung keine guten Plätze über einen längeren Zeitraum erhältlich
