Camping Valkanela is a large and versatile campsite on the Adriatic coast, a few kilometres north of the town of Vrsar. At this bustling campsite you will find everything you need for a complete and carefree camping holiday: several restaurants and bars, swimming pools and plenty of entertainment for young and old.

Pitches by the sea

On the campsite you have plenty of choice of pitches. For example, there are more than 1,200 touring pitches on the site. The closer to the sea, the more expensive the pitches, but also the more luxurious they are. If you want a standard pitch, you are in the beautiful forest, a little further from the water. The choice is also wide in mobile homes. Some of the rental accommodations even have small (shared) swimming pools on their doorstep.

For the whole family

Close to the beach is the large swimming pool. The whole family can go here, as there are several pools. Cool down in a deeper pool, a separate pool for the slightly older children and a spacious paddling pool. Around the pools you can sunbathe or lie in the shade on the lawn. The swimming pools are more often the centre of the entertainment team, which in the summer months provides a full entertainment programme for campers of all ages.

Adriatic Sea

The campsite has built its pitches around a beautiful bay of the Adriatic Sea. Because of this, campers have access to a long (secured) pebble beach with sunbeds, from where they can take a dip in the water. There are small pontoons at the campsite where you can moor your boat, and nearby the water sports possibilities are endless.

Wir fahren zweimal im Jahr dorthin mit Hund, bester Strand ,super Essen in Funtana und Vrsar. Tolle Gegend und super Pool. Für alle was dabei.

Kinderfreundlicher Platz und ebenso Hunde freundlich.
Schöne Plätze und ideale Lage.
Kleine Inseln in erreichbarer Nähe. Gehobener Platz,aber nicht gerade"günstig". Animation ist ok. Restaurant ist super.

campeggio molto bello pulito e curato in modo quasi maniacale , buona l’attenzione verso il turista , mare bellissimo pulito e limpido , grandi e ben disposte le piazzole con acqua e scarico, unica nota stonata i prezzi altissime nei ristoranti e negozi interni rispetto a ristoranti e bar esterni .

Angenehmer Aufenthalt auf einer schönen Parzelle.
Sanitäranlagen sind sehr gepflegt und eigentlich rund um die Uhr sauber.
Der Campingplatz ist sehr gepflegt und man hat nicht den Eindruck auf einem Platz dieser Größe zu stehen. Kommen im September wieder.

Beschreiben fällt leicht. Bereits beim ersten Besuch der Rezeption bei der Ankunft haben wir gemerkt, dass ist unser Platz, was sich auch bestätigte. Freundlichkeit und Reinlichkeit wird groß geschrieben. Klasse, wir kommen wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir fahren schon seit einigen Jahren auf diesen Platz aber SO ETWAS haben wir noch nicht erlebt!
Nach dem Herzlich Willkommen..... kam gleich, dass die vereinbarten Preise, die wir letztes Jahr gebucht haben, nicht eingehalten werden können. Wir könnten unsere Anzahlung zurück bekommen und wieder nach Hause fahren.
Es ist dieses Jahr eine Übergangszeit, wegen dem eingeführten Euro, wo auch in der Vorsaison, kein ACSI gelte. Man legte uns vier verschiedene Rechenbeispiele vor und es war nicht eins dabei was weniger als den vierfachen Preis hatte!
Jeden morgen ging um 6:00 Uhr der Laubbläser und anschließend der Hochdruckreiniger!
Auf vielen Plätzen lebten mehr Hautiere als Menschen, die sich auch lautstark dauerhaft mitteilten.
