On the Croatian peninsula of Istria, on a beautiful bay south of Rovinj, you will find camping Polari. This huge family campsite, with its large number of pitches, rental accommodation and facilities, is more like a village than a campsite. It is located directly on the Adriatic Sea and has a pebble beach and all kinds of water sports facilities.

Giant campsite

The Polari campsite extends over a generous sixty hectares. It is a largely open terrain, with many avenues and mostly spacious pitches. Some parts are a bit newer, with a tighter layout, other parts consist of fields without clear delimitations. There are no less than 1.500 pitches.

Apart from the many touring pitches, the campsite also has over hundred permanent and six hundred rental accommodations. There are almost four hundred mobile homes for rent, but also caravans, tents or luxury lodge tents.

Large water playground

There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool at the campsite. It is beautifully landscaped, with a separate shallow area for the little ones. A spacious sundeck with sun loungers and parasols all round. For children there is also a large water playground with various little pools, water jets and play equipment.

Restaurants and bars

There are various catering establishments at Polari campsite, so you don't have to leave the campsite for an evening out. At various locations you'll find a grill restaurant, a seafood restaurant and a pizzeria, but also a snack ba, coffee bars and cafes. By the pool is a beautiful, modern bar with views over the bay.

Der Campingplatz Polari in Rovinj punktet eindeutig durch seine tolle Lage: zentral in beide Richtungen (Porec/Pula) und natürlich Rovinj.
- Große Parzellen (mit oder ohne Bäume, je nach Geschmack)
- Sanitärhäuser: viele schon erneuert, aber leider nicht gewartet (verkalkte Duschköpfe, wo nicht mehr viel Wasser rauskommt und kaltes Wasser , wenn der Platz ausgelastet ist); hier sind sogar die alten Häuser zu bevorzugen. Aber: wirklich sauber (großes Lob an das Personal!)
- Volleyball: vorweg schon super, dass ZWEI Plätze angeboten werden. Leider sind diese in einem schlechten Zustand: viel zu wenig Sand (hier bedienen sich die Bootsfahrer zum Befüllen ihrer Kanister für die Bojensetzung; und Kinder benutzen ihn als Sandkasten, da leider kein solcher für sie vorhanden ist.).
Die Verletzungsgefahr ist hier enorm, wenn man den Betonboden spürt (Platz-Nr. 1 am Bootsplatz) und mehr Steine als Sand IM Platz sind (Platz-Nr. 2) - das macht keinen Spaß!
- Kinderangebote: es ist wieder ein neuer Spielplatz entstanden. Ein Sandkasten würde dringend benötigt
- Personal: in allen Bereichen top; hier fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben!
Fazit: guter Campingplatz, da immer ein wenig nachgebessert wird!

De fantastische ligging, direct aan zee, super sanitair wat goed schoongehouden wordt. Voor de hond een douche. Schone camping. Goede ruime staanplaatsen.

Polle nicht gereinigt ,Bodrn Blätter Vogel kot, sand Fliesen defekt die ganzen 14 Tage kein einziges Mal gereinigt.Aber für Liegestuhl Geld verlangen am Tag 6€.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, schöner Platz! Nur das Restaurant würde ich nicht empfehlen, Personal un freundlich, wenn man zum erstenmal kommt! Sind deshalb nicht mehr hingegangen! Alles drum herum sehr schön!
