On the Danish island of Seeland, near the town of Rødvig, is the small Feriebyens Camping. The camping area is uncluttered and consists of small grass camping fields. Children easily find their way to the bouncy castle and sandpit here. You can make really big sandcastles a kilometre away, on the extensive beach of the Baltic Sea. A short bike ride will take you to one of Denmark's most extraordinary landscape phenomena - the chalk cliff formation Cliffs of Stevns.

Sheltered camping pitches
The Danish landscape is open and rolling. A border of trees surrounding the site provides much-needed shelter. Pitches are also separated by trees and bushes. The well-maintained lawn is divided into spacious pitches. Besides camping pitches, Feriebyens Camping also has several hiker's huts. This is handy if you are passing through. Do you want more luxury? Then rent a furnished glamping tent.
Taking the go-kart for a spin
The atmosphere on the campsite is quiet and child friendly. Don't expect an entertainment programme here. Play facilities are simple, matching the friendly atmosphere. For example, your kids can pedal around the campsite on a go-kart. Swimming is possible in the sea, which is within walking distance. Near the friendly fishing village of Rødvig are several child-friendly sandy beaches. On the campsite, you can buy tasty bread rolls and essential groceries.
