Travelling party: Group of friends

Hoewel ik een dag minder had geboekt, werd mij een dag meer in rekening gebracht.
Toen ik hier vriendelijk op wees, werd mij tot vandaag een terugbetaling geweigerd. Dit is me nog nooit eerder overkomen. Ongelooflijk arrogant en onvriendelijk. De uitbater van de camping is een schande voor deze mooie streek. Ik ga hier zeker nooit meer heen!

Although I had booked one day less, I was charged one day more.
When I kindly pointed this out, I was refused a refund until today. This has never happened to me before. Incredibly arrogant and unfriendly. The operator of the campsite is a disgrace to this beautiful region. I will certainly never go here again!

Bien que j'aie réservé un jour de moins, on m'a facturé un jour de plus.
Lorsque je l'ai gentiment signalé, le remboursement m'a été refusé jusqu'à aujourd'hui. C'est la première fois que cela m'arrive. Incroyablement arrogant et peu aimable. Le gérant du camping est une honte pour cette belle région. Je n'y remettrai plus jamais les pieds, c'est certain !

Obwohl ich einen Tag weniger gebucht hatte, wurde mir einen Tag mehr berechnet.
Als ich freundlich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde mit die Rückzahlung bis heute verweigert. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Unglaublich arrogant und unfreundlich. Der Betreiber des Platzes ist eine Schande für diese schöne Region. Ganz sicher gehe ich hier nie wieder hin!
