Disliked - No
Liked - Quiet. Fishing good. Food area good. Water and waste on pitch.
Disliked - Son cut arm open on concrete at bottom of water slide. Unsafe and wouldn’t use after 4 stitches and a trip to hospital. Staff helped with getting him help but not interested in why / how it happened??
Booked pitch of 120m sq. wasn’t that size at all. Just managed to squeeze on.
Liked - Room CH11 was fantastic. Basic but clean, tidy and large. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked - Lack of washing machines. We only found 1 and it was in continuous use.
Liked - Good animation, nice people, nice pool, nice accomodation
Liked - Location, music, generous pitch size, pool, chateau, welcome meal, campsite WiFi.
Disliked - Things that could be easily fixed: tables wiped in reception, bar area, shower not working on entering pool, shower water temperature either freezing or very hot. General untidiness around campsite e,g clear away old chairs, wheel barrows etc and tidy garden areas.
Liked - The chateau is beautiful, the pitches had shade and sun, staff very friendly.
Liked - We really loved the beautiful location and the private wash facilities
Disliked - Beware of parking under the trees. We had a huge amount of bird droppings to clean off the Motorhome in the morning!
A favourite site of ours. We stayed for 2 weeks and it’s very comfortable with excellent English speaking owners & staff. Loads of facilities for adults and children and spacious pitches.
Showers & toilets are clean and well maintained but chemical toilet flushing units leave a lot to be desired.
Superb restaurant with extensive menu and excellent wines. Will stay again if we’re in the area.
Liked - The price for the services we felt was very reasonable. Daughter really enjoyed making friends at kids club. There was a good routine everyday with club in the morning and disco every evening. Catered for Dutch and French children mainly but that makes a change for an English speaker. Swimming pool was great in the heat.
Disliked - Only one toilet block for a large site.
Some uneven surfaces around the pool and sharp edges which I am sure will be rectified in closed season.
Liked - Lovely site and very peaceful
