Camping Huttopia Sarlat is situated in the Dordogne, near the river by the same name and the medieval town of Sarlat (and this is a real landmark). On the campsite you can camp in luxury and unique rental accommodation, amidst green and wooded surroundings. There is a lot of difference in elevation on this campsite. The campsite is situated on the D47, which follows on the D56 north of the campsite. When you drive past the campsite gate, you will get to the charming town of Sarlat. It is only a 10-minute walk from the campsite. With its medieval houses, markets and restaurants, Sarlat is an attractive town.

Hammocks

When you drive onto the wooded campsite grounds, you will find the reception on the left hand side. With the terrace and hammocks at the front of the building, you will immediately get into a relaxed holiday mood. When you walk past the hammocks, you can check in and are ready to drive to your pitch. You may have to climb a bit, because the terrain slopes (beware: it may even be steep in places). The higher you get, the more beautiful the view.

Dordogne

You will find the swimmers in the middle of the campsite. This is where you will find the swimming pools: a heated outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool and a children's pool. A lovely place for paddling. If you want something more, you may want to take your car or bicycle. Less than a 10 km drive to the south will get you to the Dordogne River. Swimming, canoeing and kayaking: it can all be done amidst high rock formations and along a wooded bank.

helemaal niet goed ze beloven via internet restaurant open tot en met 15 september, dit is niet waar ze zijn al gesloten op 1 september, de toiletten zijn heel vuil en onverzorgd, de aansluitingen voor water zijn niet normaal, en een adaptor of dergelijke bestaat niet of willen ze niet geven of verkopen, deze camping is zeker niet goed voor mensen met een klein of groot handicap, of 50+, we zijn na 3 uur sukkelen dan maar weer vertrokken, heel ongezellig en echt een camping voor mensen die met een tentje tevreden zijn

Leider wird hier ein kleiner Stellplatz mit Stromanschluss als Komfortstellplatz angeboten. Auf meinem Stellplatz gibt es kaum Gras obwohl dieser feucht ist. Sehr schade. Der einzige Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zu Sarlat. Habe bei der Ankunft gleich für 2 Übernachtungen bezahlt sonst wären wir weitergefahren. Wir sind enttäuscht. Das ist uns in Frankreich noch nie passiert. Jetzt sind wir schlauer.....Nie wieder!

The campsite is set in beautiful woodland and the terraced landscape gives plenty of privacy. The Medieval town of Sarlat is just a short walk away. We stayed for nearly two weeks!

Wir waren Ende Septeber 2021 eine Nacht auf dem CP.
Gut ist die zentrale Lage zur Stadt Salat (10min zu Fuß, schöne Altstadt.
Das Schwimmbad ist sehr gut, auch noch Ende September geöffnet,
Die Sanitäranlage ist ok,einfach, sauber, aber in die Jahre gekommen!!!
Der Terrassen-CP ist schlecht beleuchtet, steile Wege und viele Stellplätze sind für ein Caravan-Gespann nicht geeignet. Als Übernachtungsplatz empfehlenswert!

Der Campingplatz ist in Terassen angelegt, die Anlage sehr gut gepflegt und schön bepflanzt. Durch das fußläufig erreichbare und touristisch stark frequentierte Sarlat-la-Caneda ist es auch im September sehr voll und die Stellplätze werden zugeteilt. Sanitäranlagen sind gut und trotzdem sauber, es könnte aber deutlich mehr Spülmöglichkeiten geben. Internet an der Rezeption und im angrenzenden Aufenthaltsraum sehr gut.

Passé quelques jours au moi d\'octobre, très bien reçu, juste un petit bémol : l\'éclairage des allées est assez faible, la nuit venant assez tôt durant ce mois.

Camping en terrasse avec de jolis emplacements en hauteur; grande piscine plus piscine couverte; sanitaires propres et régulièrement nettoyés ; très bon accueil Sarlat est tout proche et c\'est une ville magnifique où il fait bon se ballader
attention à l\'installation électrique ne correspondant pas à un Huttopia ( fils à même le sol )

Wij waren onderweg naar Spanje en hebben er 2 nachten met camper gestaan. Een echte Huttopia camping. Receptie, personeel en sanitair prima. Een mooie terrascamping op loopafstand van middeleeuws centrum. Op woensdag en zaterdag markt. Veel restaurants en eend staat bijna overal op menu. Begin mei was restaurant camping nog niet open, maar zwembaden wel. Binnenbad verwarmt, buiten niet. Geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad. Veel regen begin mei en dus drassig. Camping om langer te verblijven. ACSI korting geaccepteerd.
