This campsite is located right next to Lake Biscarrosse, one of Aquitaine's major recreational lakes. In addition, the long sandy beaches on the Bay of Biscay are less than ten kilometres away. Camping Au Lac de Biscarrosse - Ciela Village is therefore an ideal base for water sports enthusiasts. You can go pedal boating, canoeing, kayaking, surfing, sailing and supping, all in the immediate vicinity. You can also enjoy hiking in this region, for example in the extensive pine forests near the coast. This five-star campsite offers a beautiful water park, a luxurious wellness centre and many fun activities in high season.

Three beautiful camping fields with spacious touring pitches

This campsite's tourist camping pitches can be found on three well-kept fields spread over the site. Here you'll be camping on spacious pitches where trees and shrubs create plenty of shady spots. You will also have the privacy you require here. This campsite also offers mobile homes for rent.

Lavish water park with spectacular water slides

You are guaranteed to have fun in the water here. For example, in the spacious, playfully landscaped outdoor pool. Adjacent to this is a large paddling pool with a fun water playground. And as if that wasn't enough, there is also a separate swimming pool with a retractable roof. The water in all these pools is heated. In addition, there are several spectacular water slides, including a family slide.

Completely unwind in the wellness centre

L'Escapade Bien-Être is located right next to the water park. This is a wellness centre where you can choose a massage or beauty treatment. Of course you can also visit the sauna or hammam independently.

Liked - Very organized and accommodation is great, the privilege cabin was really good.
Disliked - Not enough beds around the pool and gets really busy, life guards are really not any use and very inconsistent with rules.

Liked - General cleanliness.Pool complex which was amazing and our grandchildren,who joined us for the week,loved it.Jeremy ...the manager...cycled to our pitch 20 minutes after we arrived to check all OK.A nice touch.
Disliked - Showers need more hooks.Towel on one and 2 more for clothes.Try to manage with the existing ones and then decide.
Camping pitches......we all love trees but 7 trees on a single pitch????
A mover is essential and even then some are impossible.
Some filthy pig had allowed a dog to dump on the path to the campsite from the reception.It was there for 5 days and lots of people had obviously walked in it.
Some staff need to slow down when driving around the site.

Liked - Great pool area and easy access to the lake
Disliked - The showers were weak and hot water limited.
The grass around the camping pitches and the hedges around the site were all unkempt.
Why only have waste bins at the site entrance? We had to all a very long distance to get rid of our waste

Liked - We had an amazing stay here. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and amenities were excellent, the kids didn’t want to leave. The staff were fantastic, especially Brice who went above and beyond to accommodate us when ordering food and give us any advice we needed, nothing was too much trouble for him and the food was superb! Would highly recommend!

Liked - Helpful staff, clean and tidy, lovely food, well stocked shop. Reception spoke good English (thank you!) Amazing swimming pool!
Disliked - Pool table was missing the que ball. Low season so not much entertainment but we knew this prior to our stay.
