Camping L’Arbre d’Or is situated amidst the forests of the Landes region between Biscarosse and Mimizan at a few km distance from the Atlantic Ocean. At a distance of 500 m you can find the lovely town centre of Parentis-en-Borne with its restaurants and shops. Most of the camping pitches on grass are shaded by large numbers of trees, but there are also some sunny pitches. On a separate section of the campsite are wooden chalets and luxury mobile homes. For water fun there are two heated swimming pools with toddler pool and jacuzzi.

Lots of comfort and facilities

L’Arbre d’Or is a typical family campsite for people with young children. The atmosphere is amicable and the grounds are neatly laid out. The mobile homes are on spacious sites with the necessary privacy, have a covered veranda and air conditioning. Handy for families with little ones; some bedrooms have room for an extra cot.

There is a camping shop with fresh produce and a bar/restaurant where you can buy rolls, pizzas and take-away dishes. Naturally, there is also a swimming pool, a playground, a multifunctional sports field and a television lounge. The contemporary and recently renovated sanitary building is fitted with showers, toilets, separate childrens' toilets, a baby area and a laundry with tumble dryers.

Water sports

The Biscarrosse-Parentis lake is only a 5-minute walk away. You can do all kinds of water sports on this recreational lake, such as windsurfing, waterskiing, (catamaran)sailing, fishing and hydrojetting. Also fun: a boat trip or renting a water bike. The water sports centre (Aqua Loisirs), where you can hire all kinds of equipment, is just a stone's throw away from the campsite as is the sailing school. If you bring your own boat, you can use the mooring ring in the marina free of charge.

Liked - Très beau camping, emplacement spacieux et très agréable!
Camping assez grand mais ça ne se ressent pas.
Blocs sanitaires à proximité des emplacements.
Propreté au top!
Ensemble du personnel tres souriant! (petit effort à faire peut être pour la dame à l'accueil qui paraît un peu plus froide même si ça allait mieux en fin de séjour).
Nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller cet endroit!

Disliked - Restaurant très décevant...
Moules à éviter lors de la soirée "Moules-Frites", pizza qui font l'affaire mais sont loin des pizzas italiennes. Addition assez élevée pour la qualité retrouvée à table...
Dommage!
Pain du dépôt de pain moyen, heureusement qu'il y a une boulangerie à deux kms qui vaut le détour!

Liked - Séjour parfait! Camping très propre, très calme, des animations pour tous, tout ce qu’il fait à l’intérieur du camping (petite épicerie, restaurant, bar à la piscine, jeux pour enfants…)
Les mobilhomes sont propres, très récents et bien installés. Sanitaires du camping toujours très propres pour les campeurs!
Disliked - Le lit parental mériterait d’être en 160cm au lieu de 140 surtout qu’il y a la place pour dans la chambre, un lave vaisselle serait aussi un + dans la cuisine. Dommage également qu’il n’y ait plus le vendeur de fruits et légumes dans la cabane à l’entrée du parking.
Le patron du restaurant devrait également faire attention à sa façon de parler à ses employés surtout devant les clients! Parfois pour de petites choses il s’emporte démesurément! ??

Liked - Le camping est très agréable, le personnel très sympa et fait un super travail
Disliked - Malheureusement nous avons eu des voisins "très turbulents", problème finalement résolu par le camping.
Trop d'agitation à la piscine : enfants et adultes font des bombes (trop), jeux d'envoi de balle au milieux de tout le monde (balle très rapide), les "turbulents" : fume dans l’enceinte et saute par dessus la barrière et revient par le comptoir, bref
Juste s'il pouvait y avoir un peu de "règles" pour que tout le monde trouve son compte à la piscine sans déranger les autres ça serait plus sympa

2 Surveillants baignade très sympathique agréable souriant toujours propose de l aide pour mettre parasol ou bains de soleil ... Camping très propre, calme. Personnel agréable et souriant.
Disliked - Piscine ouverte petite. Piscine intérieure jamais toit ouvert durant les 2semaines malgré grosses température. La balnéo, les buses ne fonctionnent pas. Animations en soirée bof bof , pas d'ambiance, situé au restaurant donc avec consommation assis.
