Camping Moulin de Campech is located in the lovely, hilly landscape of Lot-et-Garonne, not far from the cities of Casteljaloux, Tonneins and (a bit further away) Agen. You have broad views and can visit the lovely old villages. The camping site is spaciously laid out and kids will feel safe on this calm and peaceful camping site. With only 46 pitches, Moulin de Campech is a real camping site without chalets, mobile homes or other accommodation.
After coming up the drive, you'll see the lake in front of the camping site and the old water mill. This houses the restaurant, bar and reception. The camping pitches are spacious and spread out over the camping site. The pitches are partially demarcated with shrubbery. Guests can use the heated swimming pool.
You can fish for trout in the lake by the water mill. There are strict rules regarding fishing gear (namely the hooks). The intention is that the fish are returned to the water living and undamaged after being caught. If you want to keep the fish to eat, you have to pay eight euros per kilo at the reception. Are you fond of playing golf? The campsite has agreements with two local golf courses. The campsite can reserve for you with reduced greenfees.
Camping Moulin de Campech has a restaurant with good choice menu. You preorder take away fries/chips. There is also a charming bar. You can also buy bread and other groceries. The range is limited, however. The restaurant has a long menu, with plenty of fish and poultry and delicious desserts.
