Flower Camping de la Hallerais, located in the Rance Valley, offers a quiet and strategic starting point. You can explore Brittany at your own pace from this campsite surrounded by forests and countryside by River La Rance. With its own amenities, such as a swimming pool, restaurant and supermarket, the campsite has all modern conveniences. Explore the area by bike, or visit historical towns, including Dinan, Saint-Malo and the iconic Mont Saint-Michel.

Camping on spacious pitches

This campsite has 228 camping pitches, including 33 special stabilised pitches for motorhomes. The camping pitches, 100 m² in size on average, are all equipped with a 10 ampere power supply and a water point with discharge. Natural hedges separate these pitches, which gives a sense of privacy. If you don't have your own camping equipment, book one of the hire accommodation. You can choose from chalets and mobile homes.

With all modern conveniences

Whether it is hot or cold, you can swim in the heated outdoor pool from mid-June to mid-September at La Hallerais. The site also has a beach area with sun loungers that invite you to relax and unwind. The campsite also has a restaurant with a bar and a small supermarket.

What can you do?

Hire a bike at the campsite, ideal for exploring the area. Dinan (4 km) is a must-visit with its historical architecture and lively markets. And of course, the tidal island of Mont Saint-Michel (54.5 km) is not to be missed.

Liked - The cleanliness of the toilet block is so much improved, the hand dryer in particular has never been so clean. The laundry area too has changed dramatically for the better. All of the physical changes have improved the site.
Disliked - The steps up to the toilet block are dangerous. I would suggest the pitches are checked often to infil the numerous holes that make the pitches difficult to walk on. I appreciate this is difficult but something that should be a health and safety project.

Travelling party: Seniors

We spent 3 days here and loved it, well kept site that is terraced. Lovely gardens and flowers. Pool very nice and warm. We visited the nearby port and the medieval town high on the hill. We used the petite train from the port which takes you up the hill and into the town, you can get off the train to look around and catch a later train back down to the port. Another day we went to St Malo and Dinard.

Great helpful staff. Good size pitches. Peaceful site with privacy hedges and trees for shade. Good walks or cycle rides down to Rance and along to Dinan and beyond.

Booked 2 nights but had to change the dates due to a mishap. No problems just phoned the site and the staff were great. well kept site, great toilet and shower block always warm and clean. toilets had seats and paper . Had a puncture on the bike and one of the staff repaired for us no problem. Bread delivered to the site every morning . The pool was out of action on our stay but no worries. 35 minute walk into Dinan or 15 min cycle along the river. we stayed one more night and loved it.

Liked - Great location, fun swimming pools, family friendly, lovely plants and trees and good walks. Local beaches are also good.
Disliked - Less wind ;). Our site pitch, close to the new pool, was in a wind tunnel. When rest of the site was breezy our pitch was in a howling gale.
