In Brignogan-Plage, on perhaps the most beautiful part of the northern coast of Finistère (Brittany) is the Camping De la Côte des Légendes. This three-star campsite is an excellent starting point for walks and bike rides along the North Brittany coastline. This is an ideal holiday location for beach lovers. Because the campsite is located on a large beach with water sports centre.

Accommodation in themed gardens

Tourist pitches dominate this park-like campsite. The pitches have a surface of neatly cut grass and are separated by high hedges, giving you plenty of privacy. Furthermore, the campsite rents out several dozen holiday homes. These special cottages are spread across four themed gardens: the Flower Garden, the Dune Garden, the Aromatic Garden and the Exotic Garden. Does this appeal to you? Plenty of fun and water sports opportunities

For water sports enthusiasts, this campsite is an ideal holiday destination. Here there is direct access to a large sandy beach with a water sports centre. From there, you can sail, windsurf, kayak, supp and kitesurf. This Centre Nautique also runs courses.

On the campsite itself, you will find an atmospheric recreation room with board games, puzzles and a mini library. There is also a bar where tasty pizzas are available in high season. In summer, there is plenty of entertainment. For example, for children up to 12 years, there are games, sports competitions, craft sessions, cooking workshops, music-making and dancing. For adults, excursions along the coastline and the music performances are fun.

"The campsite is located just behind a beautiful sandy beach and next to the 'Centre Nautique' (sailing, windsurfing etc.) and is ideal for a family holiday by the sea. The campsite has sheltered pitches with flat hedges. For hikers and cyclists there is a cooking and eating area available."

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay in a bungalow/caravan in the middle of a beutiful exotic garden. Perfect privacy. The kids enjoyed the playground, going to the kids club most mornings which waz free, making friends and having the beach by the campsite. We were lucky with the weather for our 2 week long stay. The place is beautiful: the village, the bay, the ftiday morning market, the coastal path, the variety of beaches. We enjoyed a kayak trip at the local sailing club as well as other activities and visit. I liked the fact it was not over touristy or noisy. Staff was great, helpful.

Liked - This was our third visit to this fantastic site. Its our favourite coastal site in the world. A beautifully landscaoed sute with great pitches. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We loved the new cafe/bar. Great food and drink in a lovely setting. For us, the location is brilliant. Direct access to a superb beach for swimming and paddleboarding, the spectacular coastline for walking and cycling and a very short walk to shops, cafes etc. No need to ever use a vehicle. The facilities at the dite are always spotless. Its oyr pwrfect place. We will be back!

Liked - Lovely hedged pitches, helpful and thoughtful staff. We arrived after the office was closed to find a welcome note for us with pitch details. Nice bar and cafe on site.
Easy access to the lovely beach with shower to remove sand by the gate on return and we had the benefit of morning high tides. Also good cycle rides and walking from the site. Lovely wild flowers in the nature reserves which is one of our interests.
