Flower Camping La Pointe du Talud is located just a few metres from the coast of Brittany, slightly south-west of the harbour town of Lorient. Here you camp directly by the Atlantic Ocean and four hundred metres from the beach. There is enough to do for all family members on this friendly family campsite: swimming in the covered pool, taking part in game evenings and arts and crafts with the entertainment team.

A great atmosphere

The friendliness of the proprietress is reflected throughout the campsite. There is an amiable atmosphere on the well maintained grounds, where you camp on average-sized pitches, separated by hedges. Some pitches are located in a beautiful setting under the trees. A fairly large proportion of the campsite is reserved for mobile homes.

Covered swimming in the sun

The covered swimming pool is located near the entrance. The roof is transparent so you can bask in the sunlight even when you are in the pool. Attention gents and boys: bring your speedo along, because -as is the case on many campsites in France- the 'slip de bain' is compulsory here.

Rocky coast

A sand track near the entrance leads to the rocky coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Great for a walk or to catch a breath of fresh air, but swimming is not possible here. Not to worry, because some two hundred metres along, between the rocks, you will find a sandy beach from where you can get into the sea. There are more similar beaches in the vicinity, hence plenty of choice.

Activities for young and old

The activity hall, behind the swimming pool near the entrance of the campsite, is the central meeting place of the camping guests. In addition to having a meal together here, concerts and games evenings or arts and crafts afternoons are organised in this hall.

Liked - Un très bon séjour ponctué par des animations très sympas et variées. L'accueil est très agréable et le camping est très propre. Les enfants ont participé aux animations (très diversifiées et de qualité). Les espaces aquatiques et sportifs sont super. Quel que soit le temps, il y a toujours quelques chose à faire et si on est en panne d'inspiration, on se rend à l'accueil pour avoir des idées. Très sympa aussi les exposants qui viennent chaque semaine vendre leurs produits. On peut tout faire à pied (courses, plage, restaurant, cafés...) alors on pose la voiture et vives les vacances !

Liked - Camping très bien situé, plutôt calme et à échelle familiale, piscines intérieur et extérieur tres appréciables.
Nous avons eu un mobilhome quasi neuf, propre et tres confortable pour 6. Les emplacements sont bien délimités et plutôt grands.
Très sympa de pouvoir rejoindre le sentier du littoral juste derrière ainsi que 2 petites plages à pieds!

Liked - Nous avons apprécié la proximité à la mer, les chemins de randonnée tout autour du camping, la piscine intérieure et extérieure (dont l'eau est chaude). Mes enfants ont aimé le club animation, l'après-midi " koh lanta" et l'aire de jeux. Bref, très bon séjour avec des visites culturelles pour parfaire le tout.
