Flower Camping La Pointe du Talud is located just a few metres from the coast of Brittany, slightly south-west of the harbour town of Lorient. Here you camp directly by the Atlantic Ocean and four hundred metres from the beach. There is enough to do for all family members on this friendly family campsite: swimming in the covered pool, taking part in game evenings and arts and crafts with the entertainment team.

A great atmosphere

The friendliness of the proprietress is reflected throughout the campsite. There is an amiable atmosphere on the well maintained grounds, where you camp on average-sized pitches, separated by hedges. Some pitches are located in a beautiful setting under the trees. A fairly large proportion of the campsite is reserved for mobile homes.

Covered swimming in the sun

The covered swimming pool is located near the entrance. The roof is transparent so you can bask in the sunlight even when you are in the pool. Attention gents and boys: bring your speedo along, because -as is the case on many campsites in France- the 'slip de bain' is compulsory here.

Rocky coast

A sand track near the entrance leads to the rocky coast of the Atlantic Ocean. Great for a walk or to catch a breath of fresh air, but swimming is not possible here. Not to worry, because some two hundred metres along, between the rocks, you will find a sandy beach from where you can get into the sea. There are more similar beaches in the vicinity, hence plenty of choice.

Activities for young and old

The activity hall, behind the swimming pool near the entrance of the campsite, is the central meeting place of the camping guests. In addition to having a meal together here, concerts and games evenings or arts and crafts afternoons are organised in this hall.

Liked - Camping familial, très calme, très propre avec une très belle vue sur la mer et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Enormément de balades à faire à pied car le GR 34 passe à côté. Les plages sont accessibles à pied également.
Les gérants sont vraiment charmants, toujours à l'écoute. Les moules/frites étaient excellentes.
Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Liked - J'ai séjourné en caravane dans ce camping. L'accueil et les professionnels sont très agréables. L'ambiance camping est complètement au rendez vous. Il s'agit d'un camping familial à taille humaine qui permet d'être au calme et en même temps de discuter avec les autres vacanciers. Je note un point très positif sur l'entretien des sanitaires.
Malgré la Covid, mon séjour a été agréable et je recommande le camping.
Disliked - Si je devais recommander un aménagement plutôt que de parler de point négatif, je pense que de bien délimiter les emplacements serait préférable notamment quand on a un chien. J'avais deux haies entre mon voisin de derrière et de devant mais avec celui d'à côté il n'y avait que des poteaux de bois. Une haie serait préférable.

Liked - nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans un mobihome extra propre, acceuil sympathique,, un repas a thème chaques jours a emporter ou autre,, juste une petite chose ....... planter quelques arbustes devant ce mobilhome pour eviter ce vis a vis avec les allles et venues de la route
