Excellent site near the very attractive town of Bourges with its fantastic cathedral. 15 minute walk to the town. Spacious pleasant pitch and very good clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.

We used the site as an overnight stop when travelling from the Loire to Burgundy regions. We have a 6m motorhome.

Although some of the pitches are gravel we had a nice shaded pitch with high hedges on 3 sites. The power outlets also house a fresh water tap and a large drain, so very handy having all these next to the pitch.

We booked in advance over the web and the site had all our details when we arrived. Like many we wandered into the town (about 15 minutes) which is well worth a visit.

Most people seemed to be overnighters like us. We would use the site again and be happy to stay there longer if we were visiting the town/region.

1 night stay on route to South of France. A bit of a gem. Good size marked and hedged pitch and good clean toilet block. Here earlier than expected so cycled into town on some cycle paths. Nice town. Will use this site again.

We stayed here for 1 night on the way to the south of France and on the way back, it is very easy to get to in lovely surroundings and very well looked after. The toilets are very clean as is the rest of the camp. We would stay here again but ask for a pitch away from the road.

Excellent amenities, well laid out and maintained. Short, interesting walk through a pretty residential area into a fabulous town.
Grass pitches offer a bit more privacy but less sun than the gravel. Our grass pitch had 16 ampère electricity, water, and drain.
We'll be trying more municipal sites in future.

This is a superb, well run site. Always clean and helpful staff. Well situated with easy walking access to a beautiful city with many good eating places, shops, museums and interesting activities. Cycling in the area is also excellent with good off road and quiet road routes.
