Camping Le Lac de la Liez is locate in the Champagne-Ardennes in France, at the edge of the lake of Liez. The campground is easily accessible from the N19 (toward Vesoul) and is used by many holidaymakers as a transit point toward the South of France or Spain. The hilly area of the plateau of Langres is covered with trees, forests, streams and lakes where you will lose yourself in an oasis of peace. Want it a little more lively? Visit the fortress town of Langres, with its historic centre and monumental buildings.

Camping on the lake

The campground is located on a hill on the lake of Liez. By the terrace design of the campground, nearly every campsite has a view of the water. The campsites of varying sizes can be called lovely, and the campground looks well maintained.

In addition to the open campsites for your tent, camper or caravan, there is also an option to hire a (safari) tent, chalet, trailer or lodge.

Stairway to the water

Because the camping is used for longer stays as well as for a transit stay to the south, there is great diversity among the guests. Water lovers will love the heated indoor or outdoor pools (with slide and jacuzzi), and you have a panoramic view of the lake of Liez below. Take a (narrow and steep) stairway down to the lake, and there is plenty to experience. Stretch out on the sandy beach, take a refreshing dip in the water, hire a waterbike or take sailing and surfing lessons.

Travelling party: Couple

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie, royale plekken. Verrassend mooie ligging t.o.v. het meer. Restaurant erg goed. Mooie kaart, vlotte en vriendelijke bediening. Ligging zwembad is prachtig. Het is alleen aan de kleine kant. Maar je kunt natuurlijk naar het strand aan het meer. Moet je wel even 14x7 treden dalen en later weer naar boven klimmen. Op deze camping moet je vanwege de hoogteverschillen sowieso goed ter been zijn.
Langres is absoluut een bezoek waard. Verder vonden wij de omgeving vrij saai en zijn dan ook na 3 dagen vertrokken. Dit mede door gebrek aan sfeer, koude douches en sanitair dat zeer te wensen overliet. Als er spinnenwebben aan de pot hangen, zegt dat genoeg. Dikke laag schimmel op kitnaad van wastafel. Kan echt niet.
Conclusie, prima als overnachtingscamping maar ons zien ze zeker niet terug voor een langer verblijf.

Liked - Een heerlijke rustige camping.
Disliked - Camping ligt een beetje in een deel waar niet veel te doen is. Meer was niet prettigen rond te lopen met al die steentjes en modder. De hekken met toegangscode om de camping af te gaan en op te komen is irritant. Je kon er met je hond ook niet lekker wandelen.

Liked - Genoten van de omgeving. Het huisje en de receptie waren minder
Disliked - Wij haden problemen met onze wc, deze overstroomde dus gingen we naar de receptie voor hulp. In plaats van hulp gaven ze ons een dweil om het huisje schoon te maken. Best vreemd. We hadden daar 2 nachten geboekt omdat mijn vriend jarig was, dat was niet echt een leuk begin van het de dag zo. Na veel klagen kregen we eindelijk hulp.

Liked - Mooie ligging, ruime plaatsen. Aardige receptie. Veel groen en schaduw
Disliked - Luidruchtige buren. Geen vers fruit en groente te koop in de winkel.

Liked - De omgeving en de locatie is altijd prachtig
Disliked - Restaurant: het eten is fantastisch, maar de organisatie is niet best. Meer dan een uur wachten op pizza’s.
En betalen voor WiFi bij je chalet, die het niet doet in je chalet, vind ik ook niet kunnen. Als je ergens voor betaalt, moet het ook werken.
