Close to a tiny village, named Huanne-Montmartin, lies this rural, terraced camping. It is a quiet region with ample opportunities for walking and cycling, which extends to the larger towns of Besançon, Vesoul and the Swiss border. There is plenty to do and to explore in this versatile region of well-preserved French countryside charm.

Large numbers of trees on the medium-sized camping grounds create a lovely atmosphere. The pitches close to the lake offer a beautiful open view. On the slightly sloping terrain, you can opt for a generously-sized pitch, although a comfort pitch offers even more space. At the front of the camping are very attractive mobile homes, chalets and cottages for rent. The four sanitary buildings are well-distributed over the camping grounds.

At the perimeter of the camping, with a lovely view over green fields, guests can enjoy a refreshing dive in the glorious swimming pools. A small pool for the little ones, a large and heated pool for all (can be covered) and a beautifully laid-out water playground. To top it all, the campsite has two water slides that end in a separate pool. In high season the lifeguard keeps an eye on the bathers.

Going underground

Feel like a new experience? Get in the car, drive for an hour through beautiful scenery in a southerly direction to the town of Gouffre de Poudrey. Here, you will find a magnificent cave system at a depth of 70 m. A guided tour will take you through this mysterious underworld.

Travelling party: Family with children <4 years

zeer slechte camping, de gasten worden ziek van het zwembad. Alles ziet er mooi uit op de foto’s maar in werkelijkheid is het in slechte staat/ onderhoud. Veel lawaai in de avond door muziek/ disco. De wespen zitten werkelijk door de hele camping. Eerder vertrek en restitutie aanvraag is niet mogelijk. Kortom, ons advies is hier niet te boeken/ verblijven

Disliked - Accomodatie was slecht onderhouden, veel defecten die niet zijn verholpen. Receptie, restaurant en winkel nogal klantonvriendelijk. Pinnen kan niet onder de €10.- etc.

Liked - Super zwembad en elke avond iets te doen
Disliked - Uitjes zijn allemaal vrij ver rijden (denk aan gemiddeld 1 - 2 uur rijden) omdat de camping in de middle of nowhere ligt.
Camping heeft ook geen echt restaurant (pizza "restaurant" is afhaal, maar kan eventueel daar aan een tafeltje opgegeten worden) en er is geen camping winkel. Bij de snackhoek verkopen ze het minimale aan artikelen voor de hoofdprijs (fles water 2 euro).

Liked - Sfeervolle en gemoedelijke camping. Leuk zwembad voor de kinderen en leuke activiteiten (waterfietsen, vissen, boogschieten, speeltuintjes, animatie team). Leuke setting ook rondom het meertje. Receptie is vriendelijk en spreekt Engels (voor Franse begrippen vrij uniek). Niet druk bij de broodjes en het restaurantje. Prima pizza gegeten.
Disliked - Weinig ligplekken aan het zwembad, maar veldje er omheen bood genoeg schaduw en plek. Te weinig douches in verhouding met het aantal kampeerplekken. Stond altijd te wachten. Grootste gemis is toch wel een camping winkeltje.

Liked - Leuke camping met voldoende vertier. Zwembad met glijbanen viel erg in de smaak, veel gratis activiteiten waar de kinderen graag gebruik van maakten, enthousiast animatieteam.
Disliked - Camping ligt erg landelijk (mooi gelegen!) waardoor je minimaal 30 minuten moet rijden om wat in de omgeving te bekijken. Erg beperkt aanbod van horeca in de buurt.

Liked - Nice pool, nice water activities, shooting was nice, fresh bread in the morning, nice reception with english support. Dancing for the kids, pizza's are good!
Disliked - Owner/manager putting his Pizza order of 8 pizza's before mine and adding a 30 minutes to my waiting time. Not much to do in the region. Missing Fitness room, saying that there is a store but selling stuff from cafetaria. Serving flat beer, if you see it, don't serve it! don't serve microwave cheeseburgers! (horrible)
