In the Jura, along the river Ain, you will find the 3-star campsite Les Pêcheurs. This quiet, typically French campsite has simple facilities and little luxury. You'll camp here on a spacious pitch in the middle of the greenery. The touring pitches are on lawns, surrounded by tall deciduous trees and green hedges that provide shelter. There is a new swimming pool on the campsite, but you can also enjoy a nice swim in the river Ain.

Green oasis

Camping Les Pêcheurs mainly consists of touring pitches, but there are also beautiful lodge tents and mobile homes for rent. The green pitches are spacious and well maintained. They lie on lawns and are bordered by deciduous trees, shrubs and hedges. A narrow green strip with tall trees separates the campsite from the sunbathing lawn on the banks of the river Ain.

Fresh dive

In the river Ain, which flows directly along the campsite, you can have a nice swim. There is a beautiful sunbathing lawn along the water. From the campsite you can go through a fence to the bank, where you can walk into the water for a refreshing dive. For those who prefer to swim in warmer water, Les Pêcheurs has a nice new swimming pool since 2018. It is a heated outdoor pool, stylishly landscaped on a large sun deck. The paddling pool has a nice water sprinkler.

Fun to play

As mentioned before, there is no animation program. However, for children who can enjoy themselves there is plenty to do on the campsite. For example in the fun playground, in the recreation room or on the two large bouncy castles. And of course you will also find some table tennis tables and a jeu-de-boule alley.

Liked - Une équipe chaleureuse discrète et disponible.
Le camping est suffisamment calme pour se reposer (arrêt du bruit vers 22h-22h30) en famille.
Ambiance conviviale : quelques animations bienvenues (aquagym 2 fois par semaine, artisans locaux 3 soirs par semaine et camion pizza 1 soir par semaine, soirée avec chanteuse, vente de glaces et buvette).
Des emplacements plutôt bien conçus et majoritairement arborés. Les terrasses couvertes quasi systématiques sont appréciables.
Camping très bien situé et proche de toutes commodités.
Disliked - Lors de notre première semaine de séjour (juste avant la fin des vacances scolaires) les informations sur les animations n'étaient pas encore mises à jour (erreur de jour sur l'aquagym par ex), dommage.
Nous aurions préféré que l'éclairage de la zone de jeux proche de notre mobilhome soit éteint la nuit mais un peu de bricolage a suffit à nous concocter un rideau efficace.

Aire de jeu pour enfant top.
Disliked - Quelques réparations pourraient être faite dans le mobilhome. Manque quelques petites animations. Horaire de la piscine un peu court le soir.

Liked - Nous avons apprécié le calme du camping, la propreté et la réactivité en cas de soucis. Les mobil home sont tous bien ombragé ce qui est un bon point avec les chaleurs que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour. Les mobil home ne sont pas les uns sur les autres ce qui est agréable. Le camping ce situe a bonne distance des lieux a visité.
En une semaine nous n'avons pas eu le temps de visiter tout ce qu'il y a a visité, nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine dans la région et ce sera dans ce camping sans hésitation
