We stayed at this site for 17 days in August this year,it is situated only 14 miles from Eurodisney and 28 miles from Paris the site is perfect in every way ,the toilet blocks are spotless, the staff could not have been more helpful and the pitches are huge this site is without doubt the best we have stayed at,. We took 3 caravans and 13 family with us and we had a ball???many, many thanks to all the staff for helping to make this the best family holiday in many years,we will all be returning in the near future as there is so much to do in this part of France.
We used the site this year just for a one-night stop-over on the way back down to Spain.....again a most friendly and helpful welcome. Our comments of last summer still apply. A superb site for a long or short stay. Thanks you Campsite des 4 Vents ~ we shall return again!
perfect site, so clean bug pitches. staff very friendly and so helpful. best site we have stopped in three weeks of touring France and Italy. this is the 2nd time we have used this site and we will be back for sure. congratulations to the staff for running such a lovely site not to forget the bread man that is there every morning selling fresh bread.
Wow! This is a great site in the heart of Brie cheese country. We received possibly the most friendly and helpful reception on arrival than anywhere in our almost 40 years of camping, caravanning and now motor-homing ~ and the friendliness and helpfulness was maintained throughout our 6 day stay. As others have said the emplacements are really big - all of them! The whole site was kept immaculate ~ grass, hedges, waste bins, toilets, showers etc. Very close to Disneyland (about 20 minutes) and also within easy reach of central Paris, Versailles, Fontainbleu and many more great towns of interest. There is an on-site van which provides not just very tasty bread and croissants but also a \"goldmine\" of groceries such as milk, water, fruit juices, breakfast cereals and so much more (mornings only 7am - 11am). The snack bar and bar provided an enjoyable communal amenity ~ the prices were slightly higher than in towns but well worth the convenience and enjoyment. 10 out of 10 from us!
This evaluation has been obtained by our inspector from a questionnaire at the camp site.
Had three days here to enable us to take the grandchildren to Disney. Arrived late afternoon after driving from the Black Forest. We were quickly sorted out and shown to a huge pitch. Toilets and showers were adequate and spotless, we were spoilt by the site in Germany. Pool is good. Easy run to Euro Disney, tickets for which can be purchased in reception. Grounds are very well kept and pitches mown as soon as free. Food was good and the beer cold if somewhat expensive, again spoilt by Germany. Never saw a mozzie in the Black Forest, eaten alive here. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again in the future.
We stayed here at the end of August to the beginning of September, what a lovely site, the staff were very friendly, the pitches were well spread out and very large, fresh baguettes at reception and free wifi in a certain area. We couldn't ask for any more, we were only going to stay for 4 days but ended up having 9 there, as it was a perfect location, being 10 minutes drive to Disneyland aswell :)
We are a young couple, 19 years old with a touring caravan and we had no problems.
Swimming pool could do with heating upgrade.
We stayed here in October to visit Disneyland. Ideal quiet location, 10 mins drive to the resort. Good size pitch, and very friendly family who own the site. One of the shower toilet blocks where heated, another wasn't, so watch which one you goto..didn't use te pool as wrong time of year. Lots of places to visit close by other than Disney. We are going back there again this year possibly twice as we have an annual pass to Disneyland, and we really like this site. Station closely if you want to take a train into Paris.
Chose the site primarily for its proximity to DLP but was really impressed with its facilities and cleanliness. We had excellent hot weather (till the thundery wet last day) hence the chillier than normal pool was a welcome respite from the heat. The pitch size was enormous which provided privacy. Staff lovely and helpful. Free wifi at reception. Food available in the evening and fresh bread in the am at the food stalls. Loved it so much that we are returning at the end of June 2012 for another ten days.
