Liked - Nothing
Disliked - The way they comunicate with us was terrible. We had to cancel our resrvastion last minute because my dad died in a trafficaccident. I emailed them and they gave us a short reaction that they would start the cancelation not even a word like we are sorry for your loss. Over a week went by and i hadn't heard from them. I emailed again to asked what would happen next. Now 4 weeks later i still haven't heard from them. I don't expect anything but at least you could answer me. I'm very dissapointed in the way they treat us.

Liked - Location it’s our 13th visit
Disliked - Place over grown and hedges and grass not cut to previous standards toilets not cleaned often enough , many occasions no toilet paper and insufficient showers , the old block should be reopened at once as there is also another washer and dryer there too . When coming home let from Disneyland you can’t enter site and no parking available near site had to park up near entrance road , showers and pool were slightly too hot for July/august and need temperatures reduced slightly, the pool was never previously heated .

Liked - We really enjoyed our tent and the size of it. Realatively close to Paris and Disney.
Disliked - The toilets and sanitary block was extremely dirty. Not only temporarely but all the time during the day. As there is only one on the whole site it should be possible to keep it cleaner. The French speaking personel was not customer friendly or giving you a welcome feeling. The English speaking girl at the reception however was very friendly and helpfull. Not a place to spend a full day but perfect as a base for day trips

Liked - The Location was ideal for Disney (and would be great for a day trip to Paris too). The campsite was really family friendly, it was lovely and quiet. It had great facilities including a pool, slide, play parks, soft play, on site takeaway, and we were able to order break each day for the next day.

The facilities were very clean, and overall the site was very well looked after
Disliked - The only small thing that would make this campsite even better would be if there was a facility to hire a fridge (for tent campers), or an area where we could use a fridge/freezer for our own food etc.

Liked - Was able to choose own pitch, which was helpful as it being so hot and me with reduced mobility, we chose a very shaded one relatively close to the toilet block.
The pool area was nice and our daughter had great fun on the slide. There was a good park area and things for the kids and teens.
It was a very pretty area with the pond and liked the fact it was secured with the barrier too.
Disliked - It stated there were 2 toilet blocks in use for high season, but this was not the case. There was only 1, which only had a unisex shower block. There was also no facilities for disabled or for baby changing.
There was a toilet poolside, however, it didn’t seem to be checked very often and there were days where some disgusting things were left on the seat and even the floor!

Liked - Like the layout with bushes separating the pitches. Like the outside gym nice quite site during the day.
Disliked - Bit noisy when restaurant closed with customer returning to their pitch but that's not the sites fault

Liked - Very pretty setting with a lovely warm pool and fantastic amenities for the kids, they loved it.
Disliked - Toilet block needs to be renovated but it was clean. A shame that the opening times of the bar/snack was limited abs haphazard z

Liked - The pitch was very beatiful. Large, with grass and under trees with electricity and water.
Disliked - There was maintainance on the sewage system. So the showers were sewage system not clean and the water was not hot. The service station for camper vans could be better.
