In the beautiful Cèze valley, Camping La Plage is surrounded by greenery on the banks of the river Cèze. You can swim, sail, fish or sunbathe endlessly on the private beach. Camping life is simple and relaxed. You have the river, some playing facilities and a nice restaurant. And in the summer there are cosy evenings with live music.

Camping by the river

A large number of the pitches at Camping La Plage are situated directly by the river. Ideal for water lovers. They are delimited and mostly shaded. There are also a few beautiful lodge tents for rent. The campsite is well organised. Above the bar is the sanitary facilities. It may look somewhat dated, but it is kept neat and tidy.

Swimming, fishing and canoeing

All visitors to Camping La Plage enjoy the river Cèze. Whether you like swimming, canoeing or fishing. There are pebble beaches near the campsite and there is a dam near the site. There are deeper stretches where you can swim, but also shallow stretches where the little ones can paddle and play safely. The water is beautifully clear! Would you like to rent canoes or kayaks? At the reception they will help you with this!

No animation, but cosiness

There is no special entertainment programme for the little ones, but there is plenty of fun. In high season there are cosy evenings with live music or a bouncy castle. There is also a playground and a recreation room with a billiard table, television and library. There is no swimming pool, but with all the water fun in and on the river this is not missed at all.

Travelling party: Couple

vriendelijke camping eigenaar en zeer behulpzaam. Camping ligt aan de revier en een 300 m over de brug kom je aan de revier met allerlei activiteiten.

Travelling party: Seniors

Deze camping is een absolute aanrader voor wie graag in een rivier zwemt. je kan er gemakkelijk in de Cèze stappen en een 200-tal meters echt zwemmen! Dus geen pootje baden zoals in de Drome bijvoorbeeld. Je moet er dan wel het onbedaarlijk nachtelijk geroep van de kikkers in de paartijd bijnemen, afgewisseld met het geblaf van de hond van de vriendelijke eigenaar die onaangelijnd in het café ligt. Sanitair kan beter, de douches zijn niet regelbaar en de spinnenwebben talrijk. Het restaurant is degelijk en La Galantine in Goudargues uitstekend!

Zeer relaxte camping. Duidelijke uitleg bij aankomst. Phillippe de eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Cafe / restaurant van s\'morgens tot s\'avonds laat geopend. Zeker nog eens terug!
