Disappointingly noisy. Once the Surrounding music finally stopped early in the morning the non stop barking dogs could heard. Then followed by gunfire as was the start of the shooting season. Very nice pool complex but pool really needs heating, you will see in the photos why it looks empty as it's so cold.
Everything about this campsite met my needs and the staff and animation team are AMAZING! I've made so many friends and memories here in the past 6 years! I would strongly recommend this campsite to everyone who wants to create fantastic memories in the South of France!

it was our second year here, and every thing was excellent as last year. We went again with our Son, daughter in law and three grandchildren, again Le Dauphin did not disappoint. The weather was great too with just one day of rain and thunderstorms. But that is the med. Paella night just fantastic, entertainment fantastic too. Will go back.
Fantastic site..excellent pitch and facilities superb.. private bathroom/ shower facilities on pitch excellent..would highly recommend.. close to beach via cycle path.. excellent value for money.. ideal for large units
Superb campsite, friendly staff , well looked after , the best campsite we have stayed in, the private sanitaire are great it should be the way forward for all campsites. Once you go to le Dauphin no other campsite will be good enough.
A very good and well kept site, amenities very good, staff very helpful and friendly. I stayed at this site in 2014 which was very pleasurable, unfortunately the acsi staying times are very short, so I won't be going this year 2015 which is a shame because the site is certainly not busy until end of June.
Our first stay here and my wife was wondering what it going to be like, we had stayed at a Campsite in Canet en Roussillon for 15 years but they did not treat us well on the last visit and the pitches were unkempt.
From arrival at reception where the staff were very pleasant and informative, the sight of the swimming pools as we went back to our car, the manicured local planting around the site ,then our pitch with fantastic views of the mountains and our own private toilet and shower. Well her smile was so large! a great site when we were there in early summer. We shall be going back there, so proof that its of our high standards. Great swimming pools, nice small shop on site things are always slightly more expensive, just like a corner shop at home! They also advised us where the best place was to get some things they didn\'t stock. We have not rated the entertainment as we didn\'t go to any, as we were out and about.
An excellent example of a campsite that others should aim for.
We arrived on this pitch one day before the official opening on the 17th May 13. The staff were very helpful, we had had a long, wet and tiresome journey and when we asked if we could stay they gave us the best pitch they had available. There were lots of staff busy cutting trees, shrubs, grass and generally getting ready for the big opening. They cut our pitch first and tidied up before we got on to the pitch. We could not use any of the facilities, pool, restaurant, shop etc. but that was because they were not officially open. Unfortunately the weather was awful and our pitch was flooded the next morning, so we left to go further south. In no way did the staff let us down, and in fact if the weather had been better we would have stayed for some time. We will try next year.
A site that has something for everyone. Pool great for the kids. Out of season plenty to do if retired. If you like to play boule this place is a must
