On the Route du Soleil, just before the Spanish border, is the Les Casteillets campsite. At this campsite, you'll see mostly mobile homes, but there are also fifty touring pitches. The circular campsite is laid out around the toilet block and offers both shaded and sunny pitches. In July and August, groceries and fresh bread are available at the campsite. That's when the restaurant is also open, and you can get pizzas and takeaways.

Around the campsite

The campsite consists mainly of rental accommodations: there are sixty mobile homes and nine tents for rent. There are also about fifty touring pitches, some of which are wonderfully well-shaded and others in the full sun. At the edge of the campground, in the outer circle, is where you will have the most privacy.

Swimming pool with a view

Behind the reception, next to the bar, is a simple outdoor pool. This pool is heated and open from April to October. There is a separate paddling pool for the little ones, and around the pools, there is a tiled sun deck with loungers and shade screens. From your lounger, you'll have a beautiful view of the foothills of the Pyrenees.

For a short or longer stay

Although Les Casteillets is mainly used by campers as a stopover campsite, there are all kinds of facilities that make it attractive for longer stays. For example, in the high season, there is an excursion programme and an extensive entertainment programme for children, teenagers and adults. In the evening, there is often live entertainment in the form of cabaret, karaoke or theme nights. The disco and dance nights sometimes last into the wee hours of the morning, but fortunately the bar is located a short distance from the campground.

Liked - Le calme, l'accueil des gérants, la super équipe d'animation (le petit et les ados ont passé de supers moments), la bonne humeur des campeurs, la propreté des sanitaires et de la piscine, le restaurant du camping, de belles rencontres...
Disliked - 3 nuits avec des voisins espagnols bruyants, mais ce sont les aléas du camping en tente et nous sommes restés tolérants. Leur séjour était court et nous avons retrouvé le calme Des Casteillets à leur départ.

Liked - Bon séjour, très agréable et reposant. L'environnement est magnifique au bord de la rivière et à proximité du lac et des villes ou nous pouvons nous y rendre à pied. La piscine chauffée est très agréable pour se détendre mi saison. La semaine gratuite pour les curistes est très avantageuse pour profiter du séjour à prix intéressant. Très bon séjour. Merci
Disliked - Petit bémol sur le vis à vis de certains chalets. On pourrait prévoir une haie d'arbuste par exemple ou un brise vue sur la rambarde de la terrasse pour plus d'intimité. La voisine très charmante en face de nous a pu nous dire qu'elle nous voyait cuisiner. En effet tout grand ouvert on aperçoit l'intérieur du chalet des autres et le soir également avec la lumière éclairée.
Il manque un grille pain dans l'inventaire sinon tout était parfait. Merci

Liked - Een leuke kleine camping in een soort van dennenbos, als je aan de rand staat kijk je uit om een veldje met ezels. Het sanitair is wat verouderd maar alles is keurig en schoon. Ik heb fijn gewandeld in de omgeving.
Het is een camping waar ik weer naar terug zou gaan.
