Toilet facilities were great and the pool was very nice although it was quite small. The pitch sizes were great however it was a bit slopey. All in all a great campsite

What an absolutely lovely campsite! We intended to stay for 2 nights and stayed a week. It was a beautiful idyllic spot. So relaxing with such friendly, helpful staff. We had chosen it to visit Oradour Sur Glane, the martyr village of WW2. Unmissable and unforgettable, a tragic tale. Another unmissable place is the Eco village of Montrol Senard, but don\'t go on a Monday, all the restaurants were shut! The Haut Vienne is a very quiet area and deserves to be much better known. I highly recommend this site!

The owners (Dutch) are very friendly and multi-lingual. Most of the pitches are very large. An extremely peaceful site in the countryside. Emphasis is on peace and space. No good for kids.

Very friendly and welcoming with a personal tour of the site before pitching, fabulous modern facilities, large pitches, total peace and quiet. Handy for visiting Oradour Sur Glane.

Stayed 5 days in end as an excellent site and area to visit. Very large pitches although lots are sloping and ramps are essential. Some are flatter. Toilets brand new and spotlessly clean. Organised meals through the week. Small bar with range of snacks/specials. Campsite owners very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Good road access to/from the campsite.

What a brilliant site this is. Absolutely huge pitches, and I mean huge. Spotless facilities, lovely bar area serving both a basic beer and an Abbey beer - what more could you want!! Two nights a week they have a table d\'hote, and on the others you can order pizza. If we still had a caravan we would have definately stayed a full week, but as we now have a motorhome, and I don\'t want to move it once we have set up, we just stayed 4 nights. Some good cycle routes, but most of them involve some steep climbs.

Really recommend this site. The owners could not be more helpful. You even get pre ordered bread and croissant delivered in the morning. They have just upgraded the wifi as well.
Pitches are huge, and it quiet and restful. Returned after a visit 2 years ago and still as good.

Lovely little camp, well-run by a friendly laidback Dutchman. Everything spotless. Village nearby for basics, nearest supermarket with cheap fuel at St Junien. Quiet by day and starry by night. Good for a stopover or a longer stay (pool, bar/cafe). The only downside was the lack of sufficient shade in temps of 35C. Otherwise recommended.

A very pleasant stay here. the pitches are very large and well kept. the owners could not be more helpful, would use again if in area, only one small niggle, and common to many French sites, no toilet paper!

Loved this campsite. Friendly helpful owners. Large pitch. Good swimming pool with non slip surface on the steps. Cannot comment on showers or toilets as we prefer our own facilities but we would certainly use this peaceful site again. Handy for Limoges (which we found disappointing).
