Camping Les Bouleaux is located in the village of Vilsberg, between the Parc Naturel Régional des Vosges du Nord and the "rest" of northeast France. Here, you'll camp with Remco and Sandy, who run Les Bouleaux with their twins.

An oasis of peace and quiet

The owners say about their campground: "it is a quiet, green family campground." It's true. It is located in the midst of nature with lovely views from your camping pitch, which is always at least 100 m2. There is a wonderful peace, which is "disrupted" in the mornings by the tweeting birds that wake you. In this way, nature lovers and peace seekers have the very best. Tent campers have the most beautiful sites at the edge of a forest. There are two mobile homes, a wooden chalet and two CosoSweet glamping tents for hire.

Play meadow and fresh bread

For children, there are many play options at Les Bouleaux, there is a play meadow with a teeter-totter, trampoline, swing and a climbing frame. One of the two swimming pools is especially for the little ones. The water in the largest pool is heated. There is no campground shop, but you can order fresh bread rolls. You can buy a snack, ice cream or a drink at the bar. You'll find shops in Phalsbourg, two kilometres away from the campground.

The largest ship elevator in Europe

You can take many excursions from the campground. Such as to the "Route du Plan incliné" at Saint-Louis-Arzviller, a 15-minute drive away. There is a 45-metre lift that enables boats to bypass the 17 locks in the Marne-Rhine Canal.

Mooie camping met ruime plaatsen. Goed sanitair. Vriendelijke en behulpzame Nederlandse eigenaren. Restaurant met kleine kaart en goed eten.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

We booked a week at this campsite but left after 2 nights due to problems. We couldn\'t get a refund, and the owner didn\'t seem interested in hearing why. On the upside, our kids enjoyed the pool and trampoline. However, the bathrooms were not clean, and things were broken. Our spot also smelled bad. To sum it up, our short stay was not good. I suggest this place only for a quick 1 to 2-night stop on your way somewhere else. Hope this helps others.

Behulpzame en gast vrije eigenaren en een goede sfeer op de camping. Veel speeltuintjes voor kinderen. Keurig onderhouden, keurig sanitair met fatsoenlijke douche. Ruime plek, en leuk dat clamping en camping door elkaar staat. Knus restaurantje voor een daghap, goed eten. Croissant in de ochtend echt aanrader. Entree pad is qua wegdek wel slecht.

Wij hebben hier een fantastische en ontspannen week beleefd. De camping beschikt over goed verzorgde, ruime plaatsen, net sanitair en een leuk zwembad. We werden hier met open armen ontvangen en niks was te veel voor de uitbaters, die overigens vier talen spreken en een heel aanstekelijk joie de vivre uitstralen. Een superleuke, kindvriendelijke en rustige camping.
Van de autostrade vlakbij hoorden we niks, het enige geluid was een trein die af en toe in de verte passeerde, maar dat duurde maar enkele seconden en was absoluut niet storend.
Deze camping is echt een aanrader!

A pleasant, quiet site in what appears to be a former quarry. Very friendly and helpful staff. The camp restaurant is basic (`limited choice\' here means `Hobson\'s choice\'), but the food is good.

Fantastische camping waar je je direct thuis voelt. Een geweldig leuk en gastvriendelijk echtpaar. Je kunt er alle dagen eten. De saté is een regelrechte aanrader

Liked - Although we only stopped for a couple of nights, ourselves and our children really enjoyed the site. The owners are lovely and seem to love what they do, and it’s an all round great atmosphere. Had we had known it would be so good we would have stayed longer
