Very attractive terraced site with pitches separated by hedges and marked parking spaces by each pitch. We were on one of the upper levels close to one of the two excellent shower blocks. The pool was still open despite it being late in the season but the bar/take-away was closed.
Nearby Le Tholy had a great patisserie and a small supermarket although the only bar we found was never open!
Good walking opportunities nearby e.g. the wooded area around La Grande Cascade and La Petite Cascade is just a 10 minute drive from site.
Remiremont well worth a visit as are Munster, Kayserberg and Riquewihr bur we were disappointed with Colmar. For a scenic drive there is the area around the Ballon D’Alsace

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
We stayed here in August with 2 young children - 4 and 6 - and loved the site. Nice and quiet, no animation, mainly Dutch, some English. Very good heated swimming pool, bread in the morning, pizza and chips in the evening, horse and cart ride every Wednesday for free. Good play area for the kids, tennis court. Gerardmer 20 mins drive with all amenities. Lovely area, lots to do for kids of all ages. Toilets clean, good warm showers. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful site very near Gerardmer and Longemer and the opportunity to explore the wonderful Vosges area. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Pitches are on many levels and large in size - some with outstanding views. The facilities are in excellent order and there are plenty of shops and bakers close by. We spent 17 days there and were sorry we had to come home so soon.

Travelling party: Single
Liked - The site was lovely with large pitches. As the site is on a hillside, the pitches were terraced giving everyone an open-aspect view and the feeling of space and privacy. There were plenty of water taps throughout the site and the toilets and showvers were of a very high standard and always spanking clean.
Disliked - No
