Flower Camping Omaha Beach is situated directly on Omaha Beach, in Vierville-sur-Mer, Normandy. You can look out over the Atlantic Ocean from the high cliffs. Especially when you're camping on beachfront property. Dive into the pool with the kids or take a walk on the beach. Searching for shells, enjoying the peace and quiet and discovering history: it's all possible here.

Camping pitches on the shore

Sleek, well-maintained pitches fill the campground. You don't see trees here, but you do see hedges to demarcate the area. You can always enjoy that refreshing sea breeze from your campsite. The most beautiful pitches are located on the terraces along the beach. You can park your caravan high above the beach and sea, on the cliffs. The pitches are not defined, and the view is fantastic.

Playing at the campsite

Feel free to take the whole family on holiday with you! Plunge with the children into the indoor pool or jump in the bouncy castle. Your children will certainly not be bored here. The little ones can also play in the children's club. The older kids can often be found on the football or basketball field.

Omaha Beach

You'll find out that history is still alive at Omaha Beach. In the war museum near the campsite, for example. Or the many monuments and bunkers in the area. The beach itself shows nothing of what happened. Here you will experience peace and quiet. You can walk to the beach from the campsite via a steep path. Go shell hunting with the kids, and admire the high cliffs in the meantime.

Travelling party: Couple

Vi lå på denne campingplads i sommeren 2019.. pladserne er fine og ok storer.. vejen imellem pladserne er lidt smal så det er rart med mover når man skal ind på sin plads da det ellers kan give lidt problemer.. der er bunkere på pladsen og man kan ikke lade værre med at tænke hvad der skete lige der hvor man ligger på ferie for 75 år siden.. en stejl gåtur ned til vandet men en flot tur imellem bunkerne.. der er en indendørs swimmingpool som bliver brugt flittigt.. vi prøvede den ikke.. der var også en restaurant som vi heller ikke prøvede.. bad og toilet er efter danske standarter 1 stjernet.. toilet er små rum ud til det fri og de blev ikke gjort ret meget rent.. bad var også meget gammelt.. vi var kun på pladsen når vi kom hjem om aften og så kan det gå.. det er en god plafs hvis man vil se meget af området da det ligger meget centralt.. der er nogle virkelig lækker mobil Homes de ligger virkelig flot med udsigt ud over vandet.. en plads vi kun vil vende tilbage til for at mærke den stemning der er og se bunkerne..
