Camping Toulouse Le Rupé is an urban campsite on the outskirts of Toulouse in the Midi-Pyrenees. From the campsite you can cycle to the centre of this historic city, where you can visit such sights as the cathedral, the pilgrims' church and the capitol. You will camp on demarcated camping pitches in a secure area, which also offers accommodation in various mobile homes or hikers' huts. The campsite, which is mainly used as a base for visiting cities and as a transit campsite, has very modern and clean sanitary facilities.

Behind the gate

Behind the campsite gate there are more than 80 touring pitches on demarcated grassy areas. Most of these pitches are spacious, and there are also separate fields for campers arriving by bike with tents. You can also choose from about fifty rental accommodations such as comfortable hikers' cabins and fully equipped mobile homes.

Transit and urban campsite

Many of the campers do not stay longer than a few days at the campsite. So Le Rupé is a transit campsite as well as an urban campsite. In the well-kept toilet block you can use spotlessly clean and modern sanitary facilities.

Toulouse

Toulouse, with its 450,000 inhabitants, is the fourth largest city in France. From the campsite you can cycle to the centre of this university town within half an hour. The hip bars and friendly pavement cafes show that this is a true student city. The 13th century university is the oldest in France second only to that of Paris. There are many beautiful buildings to see in the historic town centre. For example, take a look at the 13th century cathedral or the Basilique Saint-Sernin de Toulouse, a pilgrims' church and stopover on the journey to Santiago de Compostela. Also beautiful is the Capitol on the Place du Capitole, in the heart of Toulouse.

Liked - Problème sur la distribution de l l'eau chaude. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude de partout et malheureusement très peu pour les lavabos toilette et les douches! Pour ce prix de séjour cest intolérable.
Disliked - Toulouse est une belle ville.

Liked - Ce camping est excellent, les employers sont professionnels, très prévenant, accueillants. Le camping est très propre. Tout y est parfait.
Et très proche du bus qui nous conduit au métro pour une visite du centre de Toulouse.

Liked - Le séjour c’est bien passé, jusqu’à la soirée, des bruits de voitures et de motos sans cesse. Rien à voir avec le camping. Mais très désagréable.

Disliked - Emplacement petit, difficulté pour trouver la borne électrique, renseignements à l' accueil insuffisants, pas de haie entre les emplacements,environnement la nuit très bruyant : musique techno, rodeo urbain. Tarifs excessifs compte tenu des prestations. En octobre : 3adultes 1 camping car+ élec 40 € / nuit hors taxes de séjour

Travelling party: Young couple

Liked - C'est tout ce qu'on peut attendre d'un camping en lui-même.
Quelques activités peuvent être faites, ce qui est bien et il n'y a rien à redire sur la propreté.
Disliked - La localisation en elle-même est bien pour aller travailler en étant excentré, cependant le quartier en lui-même n'est pas terrible, le camping n'est quasi pas desservi par les transports, est à côté d'une énorme boîte de nuit et de la route. Le lac et les terrains sont un plus. L'entrée du camping au bord de route est atroce, il manque un parking devant pour arriver lorsqu'on ne connait pas le code. De plus, la barrière si proche de la route, on gêne les automobilistes derrière pour pouvoir entrer.
