A very pretty well kept site - quiet when we visited. Big pitches separated by very pretty shrubs and most of them overlook the river. Lots of nice walks if travelling with a dog and good for motorhomes as town and patisserie a pleasant 5 minute walk along the river. Heated unisex showers which were very clean.

Spent two nights here as we wanted to visit the Chateau in Durtal. We were very happy with the site and had a pitch looking over the Loire. Durham is well worth visiting. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely site by the river, The pitches are long and narrow, separated by hedges so quite private. There is a chain fence between the campsite and the river, but you can gain access to the river through one of the many gates in the fence. It’s a very popular part of the river with fishermen. The local town is really lovely - grab a self-guided tour from the tourist information office and enjoy the walk.

"Small, quiet campsite along the Loir river, close to the Center. With hedges and trees marked pitches with shadow. Beautiful nature and architectural heritage to discover from the campsite. Heated sanitary facilities. Fishing directly from the site."
