Flower Camping Beauchêne is a green campsite situated along a stream in the Vendée, not far from the Atlantic Coast. The town of Avrillé is just over half a kilometer away. In Avrillé you will find all kinds of small shops and you can get your daily provisions from there. The region also offers nice options for day trips and sporty activities at the seaside or in nature (walking and cycling).

Tall trees and a small stream

You will be welcomed in the small reception building. Thanks to the tall trees the site may be quite shady in places. The clearly demarcated tourist camping pitches are located along the stream. They have a grass surface, are located amidst greenery and offer ample room for a camper van or a vehicle plus tent or caravan. There are some furnished tents and two bungalows available for rental. Otherwise, there a quite a number of mobile homes on the campsite.

Large play square and heated swimming pool

There is a large play square and a heated swimming pool. The sun umbrellas and loungers around the swimming pool are eagerly awaiting you. The swimming pool is covered. For the tiny ones there is a paddling pool and in high season there is an entertainment programme for the slightly older children.

Bread and take-away meals

Near the reception is a small shop with limited range. You can get fresh bread here in the mornings. Other shopping can be done in shops that are located at a distance of approx. 500 m from the campsite. If you feel like a pizza or another snack, you can get these from the basic (snack)bar. You can also get take-away meals there.

Liked - Équipe très agréable et toujours disponible. Animations fréquentes en soirée et en journée.
Disliked - Les emplacements sont un peu petits et pas de chance lors de notre séjour la machine à laver était en panne

Liked - animations familiales, équipe très sympathique (surtout Philippe et les filles, les gars ont vraiment des efforts à faire pour être aussi souriants et avenants !!)
Il faudrait penser à remettre en état les bornes lumineuses, aucune lumière en fonction pour retourner à son mobil home le soir.

Liked - Ce genre de place que l‘on trouve de plus en plus rare. Les Gens se parlent, c‘est une équipe qui arrive a installer une atmosphère respectant, familiale et professionelle en même temps. C‘est super propre, on a bien rigolé, la mer n‘est pas loin. Mieux en voiture mais il y a un supermarché ds. le village.
