Liked - Friendly staff and lovely pool facilities. The restaurant had a good menu and the campsite was really clean.
Disliked - Could do with a few more toilets and showers, but what was there was perfectly fine.

Liked - Excellent accommodation and service. Come here regularly
Disliked - Dreadful wi-fi - even when the camp empty. Really does need investment. Wi-fi is an essential not a luxury now

Liked - This is a great site with friendly staff. Clean, quiet and not too big. We extended our stay twice and were there for 2 weeks. We are a family of 4 with a 5 and 3 year old. The pool and playground provided ample entertainment for the kids. We are once at the site and the pizza was very good. The location is good as a base for lots of activities in and around the valley ( all requiring a drive). Thanks for a lovely stay .

Liked - Lovely site and professional staff
Disliked - No disabled labels on toilet and shower doors in block with washing machines. This could help to stop children and dog washers using them.

Liked - A very clean and well run site .We did not use the site entertainment and amenities but our grand children did and they were very satisfied .Our chalet met all of our expectations .The administration ,reception staff were excellent ,there was nothing that was too much trouble for them ,their help was excellent .
Disliked - Some groups of teenagers not sticking to the 2200--0800 quietness rules ,making a LOT of noise to well after midnight .
Also on the first night of our arrival we went to the restaurant and ordered take-away meals .We had a drink but were very annoyed when it took one hour and thirty minutes to deliver our order ,when people who arrived after us and ordered after us were served first .The complete lack of co-operation of the bar staff and the COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE that was shown when this was questioned was completely unacceptable .WE DID NOT USE THE BAR OR RESTAURANT AGAIN DURING OUR STAY .

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Receptionists were pleasant. We were given an up grade in our accommodation. The lodge was spotless and ideal for our family of granny, mum & dad & two children. The children loved the pool and the weather was kind! We did not use the animations although they all looked good. Clean, pretty peaceful site. Stayed four days but would have been happy to stay longer. Already discussing further visit.
Disliked - I don't think there was anything we desperately disliked. The showers in the lodge could be a bit temperamental but this would be due to water pressure which the site owners do not control.
