Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - The accommodation, the pools, the cleanliness.
Disliked - Sequoia Parc needs another restaurant/bar option. There are not enough options if you want to eat out instead of self catering.

Stephen - Waterford, on this campsite in July 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - The Animation team were absolutely fantastic. From the kids club to the late night entertainment, they worked hard and always with a smile on their faces. All the staff on site were great. At reception, the shop, the bar and the stables, they were all really friendly and helpful. With super facilities on site, the whole package is definitely 5 star.
Disliked - Can’t think of anything to be honest

Abigail - Ballina Killaloe, on this campsite in July 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - The setting is beautiful and the flowers particularly are lovely.
Disliked - The mercenary nature of the park; the (lack of) customer service. The exorbitant fees for a visitor - even just for someone to come and meet you for a coffee.
BUT MAINLY:
My aunt and uncle arrived to visit for lunch. I was asked to sign them in by the security guard. I forgot, but as I knew you had my credit card details AND plot number, I wasn’t too worried. However, CHRISTOPHE (reception) stormed down at 22h00 to our chalet and was EXTREMELY rude about it. I was VERY upset and WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SEQUOIA PARC. Disgraceful behaviour.

Richard - Co Kildare, on this campsite in July 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Everything except the entertainment
Disliked - We were here 8 years ago also and the nightly Entertainment has disimproved. The miming and dancing of the Animations team to backing music was very boring and and in our opinion, is not entertainment. After going down to the Entertainment a couple of nights, we were bored and decided not to go down anymore. The entertainment should be live. One night there was a singer and guitarist and that was very good.
