Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - The parks, the farm, the swimming, beautiful courtyard, friendly staff.
Disliked - The lack of staff at the information desk, reception and bar. The information desk without a doubt needs two staff on bike hiring, one to take the order the other to organise the bikes. The bar was poorly staffed with long queues.

The region is amazing, so much to explore.
Disliked - 1. more lighting around table tennis area would have been helpful.
2. sometimes not many staff for reception and information area, they were very busy, though very helpful.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - We really enjoyed the band on each of the Saturday nights that we stayed. The gym was an added bonus. The aqua exercise classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were great fun.The shop was well stocked. The Reception staff were excellent.
Disliked - The recycling centre could be better organised. There appeared to be land-fill rubbish in the recycling bins - although I appreciate that is the responsibility of individual campers. We would have liked the pool to be open earlier for an early morning swim/exercise but I know that would be difficult to police as people would arrive early simply to get a lounger.

Liked - Lovely setting.
Children loved the lazy river.
Good espresso coffee available in the morning.
Generally high standard of facilities.
Great to have a free gym even though I didn't use it.
Lovely beaches around Royan.
Disliked - WiFi offer is poor. Other 5 star sites offer a week of WiFi for around 30E.
The pool complex is lovely but feels too small for the number of people using it. Our son got an ear infection. Pool rules were inconsistently applied. Lots of people wore swim shorts but we were told off for using a ball that was 1 cm too large.

Liked - Good clean site, lovely bathroom building.
Disliked - Long walk to bins. No sun loungers available at pool area, too many people ‘reserving’ sun loungers for the day

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - This is our 5th visit to the site. Clean, good pitch and services, range of facilities, well stocked, reasonably priced mini supermarket, resealable catering
Disliked - Security needs to be improved when undesirable quests are on site. Staffing levels at bar and restaurants also needs to be increased at busy periods.
