Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - The parks, the farm, the swimming, beautiful courtyard, friendly staff.
Disliked - The lack of staff at the information desk, reception and bar. The information desk without a doubt needs two staff on bike hiring, one to take the order the other to organise the bikes. The bar was poorly staffed with long queues.

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - Very good size of pictures large swimming pools, most of the toilet blocks have been modernised the staff seem very friendly the restaurant has very good food with good service
Disliked - Bar was very overpriced, swimming pools are not heated only one, the shop chargers a ridiculous amount more money 4 items that are chilled, the toilets do not have seats, the seems to be a lack of staff as as about 3 members of staff have to cover everything from Poole activities two evening entertainment on the stage you would expect better entertainment from a site this big if you was in the UK, in the shop birds are allowed to fly around and mess near the fresh bread, inflatables sold in shop cannot be used in the pool

Travelling party: Family with children, 12 - 18 years
Liked - This is our 5th visit to the site. Clean, good pitch and services, range of facilities, well stocked, reasonably priced mini supermarket, resealable catering
Disliked - Security needs to be improved when undesirable quests are on site. Staffing levels at bar and restaurants also needs to be increased at busy periods.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Location and accommodation.
Disliked - Not enough space round pool and slides/areas a bit dated. Entertainment good but leader a bit too serious and can see he runs a tight ship

Helen - Guernsey, Channel Islands, on this campsite in June 2019
Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years
Liked - Great for the kids. Pool was warm and lots of different areas with plenty of sun beds. Beach was close by. Great stay.
Disliked - We found the parc did not offer all they do in July and August (treating end of June as still out of season), even though there were plenty of people staying there. It’s a shame as we felt we didn’t get the ‘full experience’.
