We stayed here overnight on our way south in late August. It was not busy, and the camping ground is beautiful, with trees, shrubs, and birds singing. Pitches are large and level. The swimming pool is heated and big enough for a decent swim with very nice surrounding sun beds. and plenty of shade. Downside, are the toilets with no loo roll, and no soap in the hand wash dispensers. A little unloved. We really thought this camping was otherwise of excellent quality, and the crowning glory being the wonderful, helpful, efficent and charming young receptionist.

Useful one night stop over with some long pitches for staying hitched up. Nice walk to nearby lake and sports park.
Barrier code was given for access to the site on arrival but, after a stroll, we found the outside gate and pedestrian gate locked at 7pm. Hadn\'t though to take the code and hadn\'t been told the code was for those gates as well. Presumably that means no late arrivals. No one was around until after quite a lot of calling out hopefully, someone emerged from above the office building to let us in. Be warned!
