Spending your holidays in the Provence... always a splendid idea! Especially when you are staying at Camping La Farigoulette. This campsite, directly located on a side arm of the Lac de Sainte-Croix, offers many amenities. Enjoy the private pebble beach on the Verdon river, a beautiful swimming pool, several restaurants, a massage parlour, fitness area and a comprehensive entertainment programme. A veritable family campsite.

Spacious pitches

In front of you you will see a spacious open terrain with a large number of rental accommodation units (121). There are also 113 touring pitches. These spacious pitches offer ample shade. The surface is mostly made of sand and pebbles rather than grass. The further away you are from the rental accommodation, the more privacy you have.

Swimming, sports and the circus

The swimming pool (100 m2 and fairly deep) has a stylish and contemporary look. There is also a very nice toddler pool. Around the pools you will find a wide terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas. Everything is protected by stone walls. At the bottom of the campsite you will find a wide, pleasant pebble beach by the Verdon. With its clean water and no dangerous current, it is ideal for swimming. The river is also popular with canoeists.

Much attention is paid to sports and games on the campsite, including volleyball and tennis. Also fun: go wild and ascend the climbing tees. In addition, all kinds of activities, even a circus performance, are organised at La Farigoulette.

Always a table, always something nice to eat

There are several eateries on the campsite. Most of these are large-scale. Therefore, you can always find a table and you will have ample choice.

Travelling party: Seniors

Liked - propreté, calme relatif, personnel agréable mais ...
Disliked - pas de wifi au mobil'home et très mauvaise autour du restaurant, non sécurisée. Sans abonnement, la 4G me coûte très cher et en plus, elle traine à certaines heures. Ce camping est à proscrire si comme moi, vous ne pouvez pas vous passer du wifi. On est au bord d'un lac où la baignade est interdite et l'établissement ne le signale pas dans sa publicité. Ne comptez pas sur la piscine pour préparer un triathlon.

Disliked - Loin de tout. Supérette vide et personnel pas aimable ainsi qu'au restaurant. Animation pratiquement inexistante. Location matériel à un endroit puis à un autre pas top. Interdiction de se baigner dans le lac.......

Disliked - Une piscine trop petite, une terrasse non protégée du soleil, des pizzas qui m'ont rendu malade, des animations qui se sont dégradées au fur et à mesure du séjour.

Liked - Découvertes des lacs aux alentours. (Celui avec un accès direct au camping lac Saint Laurent du Verdon, Artignosc, Sainte Croix, Esparron) Camping où on ne manque de rien. Tout est à disposition. (supermarché proxi, marché nocturne, terrains sportifs)
Disliked - Problème d'eau chaude dans la douche du mobile home et des sanitaires.
Pas ou peu de connexion réseau.
Piscine petite.
Baignade non autorisée dans le lac du camping

Liked - Le restaurant, le cuisinier est très doué ,dommage qu'il ne reste pas
L accès aux basses gorge du verdon,on a pu pratiquer ne paddle et le canoë depuis le camping
Le cadre du camping est sympa ,sous les pins
Disliked - Le manque d animation ,surtout pour les adultes .
Les soirées animés par le camping manquaient de sons et lumières
Par rapport aux 5 étoiles que nous connaissons, les spectacles et animations de soirée étaient réalisées par des professionnels du spectacle

Liked - Nous avons apprécié la région. Le restaurant est qualitatif.
Disliked - Emplacement prestige mal positionné dans le camping, trop proche de l'accueil et de tout le passage. Pas de WiFi ! Plage non aménagée avec un nombre ridicule de transats. Piscine sous dimensionnée. Animations pas terribles.
