Spending your holidays in the Provence... always a splendid idea! Especially when you are staying at Camping La Farigoulette. This campsite, directly located on a side arm of the Lac de Sainte-Croix, offers many amenities. Enjoy the private pebble beach on the Verdon river, a beautiful swimming pool, several restaurants, a massage parlour, fitness area and a comprehensive entertainment programme. A veritable family campsite.

Spacious pitches

In front of you you will see a spacious open terrain with a large number of rental accommodation units (121). There are also 113 touring pitches. These spacious pitches offer ample shade. The surface is mostly made of sand and pebbles rather than grass. The further away you are from the rental accommodation, the more privacy you have.

Swimming, sports and the circus

The swimming pool (100 m2 and fairly deep) has a stylish and contemporary look. There is also a very nice toddler pool. Around the pools you will find a wide terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas. Everything is protected by stone walls. At the bottom of the campsite you will find a wide, pleasant pebble beach by the Verdon. With its clean water and no dangerous current, it is ideal for swimming. The river is also popular with canoeists.

Much attention is paid to sports and games on the campsite, including volleyball and tennis. Also fun: go wild and ascend the climbing tees. In addition, all kinds of activities, even a circus performance, are organised at La Farigoulette.

Always a table, always something nice to eat

There are several eateries on the campsite. Most of these are large-scale. Therefore, you can always find a table and you will have ample choice.

Liked - La nature, l espace plein air dédié aux activités extérieures,la région
Disliked - Aucune amabilité du personnel: espace nautique, restaurant et animateur.
Sono qui fonctionne bien mais nettement trop fort ! Le soir quand on ne participe pas à la soirée et à la piscine !

Disliked - La piscine trop petite et le manque de transats.
Impossible d’y installer une serviette même sur le sol.
Après deux tentatives, nous avons finalement décidé de ne plus y aller.

Piscine beaucoup trop petite et eau trouble toute la semaine
Nombre de transats à la piscine (une quarantaine) au bord du lac (une petite vingtaine) s’avère insuffisant en vue de la capacité du camping.
Piscine non chauffée et non couverte
Bar restaurant à la capacité insuffisante)
arrivée un dimanche après-midi aucune resa possible ne compter même pas avoir une table de dispo pour un apéro (seulement 5 tables)
Activité au bord du lac : canoë kayak paddle bateaux électriques en quantité insuffisante planning blindé…..

Liked - La proximité du lac, la région, le point information le marché nocturne
Disliked - Pas d'eau aux sanitaires (douche et vaisselle). Bac à vaisselle en plein soleil et très faible éclairage le soir. Animations décevantes (aquagym en même temps que la baignade alors que la piscine n'est pas assez grande), pas assez de place assise et de carton pour le bingo. Yourte mal placé à côté des emplacements. Il y a avait de la place pour la mettre ailleurs. Piscine trop petite par rapport au camping. Non respect des règles (short de bain, interdiction de plongeon, balles, etc...) tous ça devant le maître nageur.

Liked - Camping ombragé a taille humaine, piscine a bonne température mais probablement un peu petite quand le camping est complet.
Disliked - camping assez isolé.
Nous n'avons pas aimé la nourriture du restaurant (Pizza,Hamburgers,frites )

Liked - la localisation, le bungalow et le paddle très bien

Disliked - la restauration médiocre :
- pizza avec des pates pré cuites
- soirée moules frites décevante (servis 40mn après notre arrivée avec le fond de la marmite, en plus la serveuse me traite de menteur sur notre 'heure d'arrivée
- accès internet uniquement la nuit. c'est un peu pénalisant pour organiser le séjour et faire des réservations
