Camping site Les Pêcheurs is located in the Mediterranean landscape of the Provence, slightly north of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. The Argens river flows alongside the camping site and feeds into the Mediterranean Sea some 10 km further along, after it has first divided the beach of the coastal town of Fréjus in two. Camping les Pêcheurs is a colourful family camping site where there is always something to do, but where you can also unwind.
Camping between oleanders
Driving through an archway of trees and oleanders you will get to your shaded camping pitch. The pitches are spacious and offer ample privacy. The numerous rental accommodation units are also located amidst greenery, some in the shade, some in the sun. You can stay in various types of mobile homes, all well equipped with kitchen and bathroom. Alternatively, choose one of the luxury lodge tents or fisherman's huts.
Camping site for children with entertainment
Camping site Les Pêcheurs is primarily geared towards families with children. This is borne out by the entertainment on offer in high season. During this period, the entertainment team adds extra colour to the holiday with a mini club, sports tournaments and theme evenings. Incidentally, these are also enjoyed by adults. The entertainment is not excessive, so that the small scale character of the camping site is maintained.
Palm trees and sun umbrellas
At the back of the camping site, between palm trees and sun umbrellas, you will find the swimming pool. Ideal for swimming a few lengths and water fun for the entire family. Adjacent to the large swimming pool is a smaller pool, a toddler pool and a whirlpool. The sauna and wellness are located near the whirlpool. This section is only accessible to adults.

Stayed for two nights in May at this large campsite. Lots of mobile home type chalets near the front, it's a good 5 minute walk to where we were from the front, which is where all the rubbish bins are. Toilet block is basic with mixed men's and women's toilets and showers in same block. Could do with upgrading. Nice local town with lots of character and a 20 minute walk to the supermarket in the opposite direction. Despite the size of the place it was quiet and we enjoyed it
Stayed on this campsite for four nights. Level pitches and woodland feel. The staff were fluent in English and were extremely helpful. Anything that arose got immediate attention. Our battery gave up the ghost and the staff spent several hours with us fixing the problem, including driving us to a dealer to get a replacement and even putting the new one in for us. The toilet and shower blocks (3) were large and cleaned very well. Good disabled shower with fold down chair. There was a quaint village nearby, 10 minute walk away. The campsite was also next to, but not overlooking, the river which had canoeing facilities. I did a lovely cycle ride right up next to the foot of the nearby mountain. Absolutely stunning.
This is an excellent campsite, catering for all, and would thoroughly recommend it.
