Camping La Cerise is a small-scale family campsite in Malemort-du-Comtat, in the heart of the French department of Vaucluse, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. This spot under the cherry trees is an ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet, families and nature lovers. It has all the ingredients for the perfect holiday in the Provence.

Camping in a wooded area

At this car-free campsite you camp on large pitches in a wooded area. If you would prefer a charming accommodation, there are fourteen mobile homes available, all of which have air conditioning. Not an unnecessary luxury in the department of Vaucluse!

Provençal evenings

Go for a swim in the heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and sunbathing area. You can walk from the swimming pool straight onto the restaurant’s charming terrace. Enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner, made from local products, or have a delicious local beer or a glass of wine. If you would rather eat at your caravan but are not in the mood to cook, choose a takeaway meal. If you want to cook yourself, the small grocer’s carries products from various local farmers and businesses.

Themed evenings are organised regularly as well, where you pull up a chair in the campsite restaurant and, together with other campsite guests, enjoy the cosy atmosphere and authentic tastes of the region.

Liked - The campsite was friendly clean with good plots. Good showers and lovely restaurant on site. The people who worked there were very friendly. The location is amazing for so many beautiful bike rides. We had an amazing time and would definitely return here.

Liked - Very friendly people on a nice camping place with good swimming pool and excellent restaurant. Nice pitches as well. What could be better when you love camping?
Disliked - The water in the showers was to our opinion too hot. It was not possible to wash yourself without almost burning yourself.

Nice pool with comfortable deck chairs - but we missed, but we missed a railiing by the stairs to the pool…

Liked - Lovely campsite with great facilities. Pool was lovely, well-stocked shop and flat, spacious pitches. The owners and staff were so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was brilliant- lovely food and relaxed vibe with live music some nights. In a fantastic location for Mont Ventoux, A ion etc. Highly recommended
