The beautiful region of Vaucluse is known for its vineyards, castles, old Provencal towns and fragrant lavender fields. This means a holiday full of fun trips where culture and nature go hand in hand. Camping Avignon Parc - Ciela Village is also a wonderful place to spend the whole day. The waterslide is a favourite with young children and the smallest campers have a great paddling pool to splash around in. But the Kids Club also ensures an unforgettable holiday every day.

Variety in beautiful pitches

The pitches on the slightly sloping site are arranged in a playful manner. In some places, you even have a view of the Mont Ventoux. There is much variety, both in size and in shelter. Walking across the site, you will also come across many beautiful glamping options. Good-looking mobile homes with a lovely covered terrace under hundred-year-old trees, for example.

Cooling down in style

The eye-catcher at the campsite is the small water park on the hill near the terrace. It is beautifully laid out and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. In addition to an outdoor lagoon, there is an indoor pool with a glass cover. In summer this is an additional outdoor pool, but in the other months it is just as pleasant to swim as the water is heated.

Crafts, face painting and sports

Are you going camping with children between the ages of five and twelve? Then they are guaranteed to have the time of their lives at this friendly campsite. A mini disco, craft clubs, face painting afternoons, sports competitions and pony rides. It is all organised with great pleasure in the high season.

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - The location, the mobile home and the food at the restaurant.
Disliked - The almost non existing information in english. Especially regarding activities/animation (no programme in eg. english or german and not a single word said in other languages than french).

Travelling party: Family with children, 4 – 12 years

Liked - Mal à l’aise. Fuite dans le mobil home deux fois à cause de la pluie et ce malgré après nous avoir assuré la première fois que c’était solutionné. Nous avons passé une partie de notre séjour à nettoyer et quand on a demandé un geste commercial on a eu le ménage inclus (cela nous en sommes satisfaits) et un avoir pour l’année prochaine alors qu’on a perdu du temps sur nos vacances. Plus jamais! Service client honteux, condescendant et loin des valeurs que Ciela Village dit promouvoir!
Disliked - Femme à la réception lors de notre deuxième plainte fut condescendante et hautaine! Service client nous disant que dire qu’on allait pousser notre plainte plus haut n’allait pas aider notre dossier. Honteux d’assumer qu’on remettra les pieds dans un Ciela Village après un tel retour!
C’est aussi sans compter le “sauveteur/secouriste” qui nous a dit d’”aller plus loin” si on ne voulait pas que nos filles de 4 et 1 1/2 ans soient incommodées par des jeunes sautant dans l’eau alors que c’était interdit!
En un mot: honte! Honte à vous Ciela Village alors qu’on avoir choisi de revenir!
