This is the setting of the peaceful, wooded Flower Camping Le Plan d'Eau. The campsite is in a beautiful location along the river, with a view of the mountains. The old town of Aubenas and the renowned Vallon Pont d’Arc are not far away. A top location for nature lovers and outdoor sports enthusiasts.

Leafy grounds

There is a long avenue from the entrance to the river. The shaded pitches are located along straight side streets off this avenue. The demarcation with hedges offers ample privacy. Some of the pitches are situated along the river, and who knows, you may still find a top spot there. You can choose between standard pitches (approx. 100 m2) or XL-pitches (130 m2). Want to hire something? The rental accommodations (chalets and safari tents) are situated close to the entrance.

Swimming in the Ardèche or the swimming pool

The campsite is situated directly on the Ardèche river. There is an artificial beach with chairs. It is suitable for swimming (provided the water level is not too low), but the river is not suitable for canoeing near the campsite. However, you can float around on an inflatable boat or an air bed. Canoeing is possible in Vallon Pont d’Arc (30 km).

Sports and eating out

Children are guaranteed to enjoy themselves on the campsite. Features: a multi-sports field, table tennis tables, playground, jeu-de-boule pitch and entertainment. At the reception is a small shop for daily necessities (fresh bread). Taking things easy today? The camping restaurant has a limited menu and a terrace in the shade. In high season, takeaway meals are available.

Liked - Super mooie en ruime plaats. Perfect sanitair, meerdere keren per dag gereinigd.
Onthaal is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Brood van de bakker elke ochtend vers is top.

Liked - De rivier is geweldig. Zwembad is goed. Personeel is vriendelijk.
Disliked - De glijbaan ronduit gevaarlijk. Geen toezicht, niet van de camping niet van de ouders. Kinderen zonder ouders in het zwembad wat resulteert in stoeipartijen boven aan de glijbaan, waar ze zo hard van af kunnen dat ze door het hek knallen wat provisorisch wordt gerepareerd. Tieners die met bier en sigaretten aan het zwembad zitten, Afstand wordt niet gehouden ivm COVID-19. Kan zeker beter als de camping zelf toezicht houdt.

Travelling party: Seniors

Liked - De ontspannen en wat losse sfeer op de camping was erg leuk. Het barpersoneel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kleinschaligheid van de camping op een goede locatie sprak ons erg aan. De (XL) plekken zijn er mooi en ruim.
Disliked - Helaas kregen wij een plek aangewezen achter de bar. Erg lawaaiiig en niet prettig. Gelukkig kon de receptiemedewerker ons (na veel aandringen) omboeken, Eigenlijk zouden deze plekken niet verhuurd moeten worden. Dit gaf ons een slecht begin van de
vakantie, maar werd met de nieuwe plek ruimschoots goedgemaakt

Liked - Onze plek was aan de rand van de camping, met uitzicht op de Ardeche. Prachtig! Fijne kleinschalige camping, lekker brood, twee keer in de week muziek. Door de Corona geen animatie verder, maar de kinderen vermaakten zich prima met elkaar. Zwembad was prima, genoeg bedjes en de Ardeche zelf was heerlijk om aan te zitten en voor een frisse plons. Restaurant: kwaliteit was wat minder.
Disliked - Ik kan niks bedenken.

Liked - Geen onnodige en zinloze Corona maatregelen die ons vakantiegevoel verminderen. Heel fijn.
