On the large-scale family campsite Domaine le Pommier, situated in the south of the Ardèche, there is plenty to do for each family member. With a gigantic swimming complex (more than 10 slides), several types of sports fields and professional entertainment teams there is enough to keep one busy. The campsite is located on a mountain. This provides you with a lovely view of the rugged, lush environment.

Pitches and accommodation for all

The campsite is large and has a large number of streets. There is a fair amount of vegetation in the form of bushes and trees. You have a beautiful view from virtually everywhere. The large site is home to 220 touring pitches and almost 600 rental accommodation units. The pitches are demarcated here and there and most of them are in the shade. The surface is grass or gravel.

Furthermore, there is a large variation of accommodation units: tents, mobile homes, bungalows and 'Pipo' caravans. Both small and large groups can be accommodated here.

Largest swimming pool complex in the country

Water fanatics do not need to look any further than campsite Le Pommier. The swimming complex of the campsite, named ‘Aqua’Ardèche’ is the largest in France. Laid out on 1.2 ha are 12 water slides, various heated pools, waterfalls, a jacuzzi, a pirate ship and a variety of play equipment.

The little ones can play in the toddler pool, real water fanatics can head for the pool with underwater jets. The pools are located in the sun but with a large number of sun umbrellas and loungers available you can also enjoy the shade.

Spoilt for choice

The campsite has no fewer then six catering establishments, varying from a large, luxury restaurant (with an array of delicious regional dishes) to a pizza restaurant. The last restaurant has an attractive terrace and a stage. Here you can enjoy a variety of evening performances.

Liked - Veel vertier en zwemplezier
Disliked - De auto kan niet bij de accommodatie en de wifi is erg slecht. 50 euro voor 2 weken voor de hele familie en verbinding was nauwelijks mogelijk. De wifi moet echt verbeterd worden en hiervoor apart betalen is ook niet meer van deze tijd.

Liked - De kinderen kunnen gaan en staan waar ze willen
Disliked - 1 frans kind daagde mijn kinderen steeds uit met filmen etc en daarna hebben mijn kinderen problen met de security omdat dat frans kind zijn vader erbij heeft gehaald en zielig doen.

Liked - De mobilhome was zeer luxe. Leuke activiteiten in en om de camping.
Disliked - S'nachts hoor je de whirlpool erg goed, ook door m'n oorpluggen heen. De mobilhomes staan erg op elkaar en je hebt geen idee dat je op een camping staat. Qua privacy is dat wel weer oke. De animatie spreekt voornamelijk Frans en dat met zo'n groot aantal Nederlandse bezoekers., Engels zou oke zijn. Blindtest zijn we weggelopen. Dan de grote bar, 30/45 minuten in een rij voor een drankje!!!!!! Huur iemand in die er verstand van heeft want dit is de meest inefficiënte bar ter aarde. En een Mai Tai hahaha. Zonnen kan niet bij het zwembad vanwege zitstoelen vanwege te weinig ruimte.

Liked - De tent was prettig, ligging op het park was top!
Disliked - Niet leuk is een groot woord maar als er voor de tent gesnoeid was had je uitzicht over een beekje/pumptrack en voetbalveld

Liked - Erg leuke camping waar veel georganiseerd wordt door het animatieteam.
Disliked - Wij vonden het zwembad vies, de prullenbakken werden geleegd, maar het leek er op of er niks werd afgespoeld zoals de glijbanen en wc’s, het stonk erg naar urine. Voor de grote glijbanen was het ook mega glad door alg aanslag.

Liked - Heerlijk schoon, goed onderhouden, vriendelijk personeel, fantastisch waterpark, genoeg te doen voor iedereen
Disliked - Enig nadeel is dat alle bezienswaardigheden redelijk ver van de camping af liggen
