Campsite Champ la Chèvre is located in the Drôme, about 200 metres from the village of Lus-la-Croix-Haute. The location is beautiful: an alpine meadow amidst high mountains where nearly all of the campsites have a beautiful view. The campsite is an oasis of peace with a small heated swimming pool with a retractable roof. Guests staying here are mostly sporty campers who want to enjoy the surrounding mountain environment.

Comfort in nature

Upon arrival you will see immediately how extensive the property is. The spacious, grassed and flat campsites are laid out on terraces and offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountain peaks. All sites have electricity and there are taps in several locations on the grounds. There are also facilities for camper guests.

In the middle of the property there are three well maintained sanitation buildings, one with family cabins and a bathroom for babies. There are various types of accommodation to rent, varying from simple tents without a bathroom to more luxurious mobile homes and wooden chalets with their own sanitation.

Family campsite

Champ la Chèvre is a typical family campsite. The children can swim in the heated pool with a kiddie pool and jacuzzi. In July and August there is an activity programme with drawing, crafts and games. For parents and children free guided tours are organised to explore the region. You can eat out with the family on the charming terrace of the restaurant with regional specialities. There is also a pizzeria on the campsite.

In the hilly landscape with many vineyards, lavender fields and charming villages, there is plenty to enjoy during a walk, cycling tour or drive.
