Camping in a green valley with two beautiful lakes nearby. You can at the Champ Tillet Campsite in Marlens, a village in the green, hilly east of France. The plus points of the campsite are the two swimming pools, the restaurant and the animation programme. Lake Annecy is just a ten-minute drive away.

Camping in nature

At this flat campsite, you can camp beautifully among the trees. The more than 100 touring pitches are large (80-110m2) and are on a grassy surface. And those who book a spot at Champ Tillet Campsite will be camping with a view of the mountains. After all, here you are on the edge of the Parc Naturel Régional du Massif du Bauges.

Those who come without camping equipment have the choice of dozens of caravans and some bungalows. There are also lodge tents and hiker's huts for rent. The hut on stilts is quite special. You have power there, but no water. So, it's a little extra adventure.

Animation and sporting entertainment

In high season, there is entertainment for the whole family at least twice a week. Children can also play by themselves in the playgrounds, which include a trampoline and a bouncy castle. The campsite is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes. There is also a neat bike path from the campsite to Albertville.

Fun in the water

With two pools, you have nothing to complain about here as a water lover. One of the two pools is covered, ideal if it rains. Young children enjoy a toddler pool, and older children you'll see hurtling down the slide again and again. There is also wellness available. Book an hour in the sauna, relax in the whirlpool or take a massage.

Liked - Erg druk, sanitairgebouw was vaak overvol dat was ongemakkelijk omdat mannen en vrouwen door elkaar gingen. Veel omgevings geluid van de weg en andere omwonenden.

Liked - Voor de 2e keer op deze camping, wat we eigenlijk nooit doen. Maar ook de 2e keer niet teleurgesteld. Camping is voor ons helemaal top. Van alles niets teveel of te weinig. Super omgeving en wij hadden nog net geluk met het weer. Animatie is minimaal, maar daar zijn we ook niet naar op zoek. Overigens is dat ook meteen de charme van deze camping. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en maken in de avond ook een ronde om iedereen een fijne avond te wensen, heel attent! Een aanrader voor kinderen tot een leeftijd van zo'n 12jr!

Liked - De speelse inrichting van de camping met veel groen. Iedere dag werd gewerkt aan het onderhoud van de camping. Het campingpersoneel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zijn fijne zwembaden met leuke glijbanen met meer dan genoeg bedjes en parasols en zelfs één zwembad verwarmd en overkapt. Mijn peuterpuber heeft zich ook goed geamuseerd in het water en op speeltoestellen. De omgeving met de bergen, bomen en een meer zijn prachtig en maakt fietsen, wandelen en sport/activiteiten in het water of de lucht een must. Een heerlijke banketbakker ligt naast de camping en een pizzeria vlakbij.

Liked - Gezellige niet al te grote camping.
Disliked - De weg langs de camping. Te weinig schaduwplekken bij het zwembad. Helaas was het tijdens de ontvangstborrel niet mogelijk om een drankje/hapje te pakken, i.v.m. Covid19 afstand. Niemand hield zich zich aan de Covid19 regels.

Liked - De camping ligt prachtig. We hadden een plek aan het grote veld bij het springkussen. Daar heb je een adembenemend uitzicht op de bergen. In de avond komt de jeugd van de camping hier bijeen wat zorgt voor wat reuring. Onze dochters vonden het geweldig op de camping.
Disliked - Het is ‘s avonds erg donker en de verlichting kan wel wat beter. Verder gaat de verlichting van het sanitairhok op timers met bewegingssensor die vrij kort ingesteld is. Hierdoor moet je ze dus zo nu en dan activeren om weer licht te hebben.

Liked - Erg leuke camping met een goede sfeer en veel faciliteiten voor de grote van de camping
Disliked - Het toiletgebouw mag wel groter zijn en de mannen en vrouwen gescheiden. En de afwasplaatsen aanpassen zodat het water niet over je voeten loopt
