Good site close to the lake. Pitches are mostly level but watch out for overhanging branches if driving a bigger vehicle. Facilities were clean and plentiful.
The staff spoke excellent English and were polite and helpful.
Highly recommend a visit to the old part of Annecy and this is easily accessed along the cycle path but even better to get the ferry on the lake from the jetty about five minutes walk from the site.
To make the most of the views and location take the 40km cycle route around the lake. The vast majority of it is on a dedicated cycle path, but go around clockwise unless you want to do the very steep climb on the far side of the lake.

Flat, shady, accessible, quite busy site with good access to the lake (100m), the lake cycle way (200m), LIDL (2 km). Very helpful staff at reception with good English who helped us to get our fridge fixed. Overall an excellent site in a quiet position. Recommended.

Lake Annecy is a beautiful location with stunning views of the Alps and this site is ideally located. This is one of 3 sites that have easy access to the lake without the need to cross the main road. It is also close to a cycle track on an old train line so is flat and very comfortable to ride. It's ideal way to get to Annecy which is a beautiful historic town with a great choice of restaurants, some located by the canal. We stayed for 2 weeks and will come back again. Plenty of shaded pitches which is a must in the summer months. Facilities are adequate, showers have plenty of hot water but close at 10pm. If there is any criticism, it's the location of the chemical toilet disposal facility mentioned in previous reviews. Also if you want internet at your pitch it is comparatively very expensive. Otherwise a very relaxing stay.

Lovely location, easy access to lake and onto cycle path to Annecy. About a 5 mile easy cycle ride to Annecy along a flat cycle patch. Disappointed that no lake view but an easy walk to the lake and picturesque scenery in any case. Pitches reasonable size and separated by trees, low voltage electric. Toilets very strange and didn't like washing the pots just next the to the men's urinal. Chemical toilet point also next to the washing up area, again not particularly hygienic. Chemical toilet point also very basic with just a shower head for cleaning and no flushing facility. Free WiFi at reception and no need to order bread, always a bonus. All being said, we enjoyed our stay and the site is in a good location for visiting Annecy.
