Camping Seasonova Etennemare is located in an excellent location for exploring the coast of Normandy. The historical towns of Veules-les-Roses and Dieppe and the famous chalk cliff near Etretat are definitely worth a visit. The camping site is within walking distance from the sea, the centre of St.-Valery-en-Caux, the marina, the casino and the Etennemare forest.
The green site looks quite basic, but offers beautiful and spacious pitches on a lawn. The camping pitches are positioned in rows and demarcated with hedges or shrubs. Rather rent accommodation? There are numerous mobile holes in rows on a field. There is a central sanitary building, which is relatively new and is kept spotless.
Swimming in calm water or with waves?
The beautiful covered swimming pool is relatively new and of reasonable size. There is also a separate paddling pool. There are also some loungers to relax on. Do you prefer the waves and gazing at the horizon? Take a walk through the centre of the nearby town to the guarded pebble beach on the Atlantic Ocean. It is ideal for swimming.
The amenities on this camping site are basic. There is a small petting zoo with a few goats and chickens. Children can climb and scramble on the playground equipment. The small-sized entertainment team organises bingo, karaoke and aquazumba.
Snack bar and camping shop
The catering facilities on Seasonova Etennemare are also basic. You can get a drink, ice cream or French fries from the bar. At the reception you can get some necessities like milk. There is a larger supermarket nearby. At the reception you can order fresh bread each day.

Stayed for 2 nights no hot water in showers either day nor for washing dishes this is not acceptable also no toilet paper or seats
Good location in quiet street and large grass pitches but the showers are very poor with almost no pressure and the water is very hot. It appears there is very little cold water being allowed in so the lack of pressure. It says they are cleaned 4 times a day but it looks more like 1 per week. Note the route back from the town is all uphill
Our experience of reception was efficient rather than welcoming.
Close to the attractive little port of St Valery and a large Leclerc nearby.
There is an ex railway cycle path a short drive away, check with the tourist office.
Nice covered pool.
Reasonably sized pitches, but little shade, some hedging. Water pressure very low, and taps that have to be held in position, taking an age to fill a 40L container. WIFI expensive, but free in Tourist Office in town.
Facilities spotless but otherwise not up to the best standard that we have encountered elsewhere in France, rather dark inside with no plastic toilet seats, and no loo paper. Showers only adequate, poor flow
Don’t arrive before 2 pm as there is minimal parking and the office does not open until 2.
Lovely site, friendly, welcoming staff. Though we didn't use it, the swimming pool looked lovely. The site is 15 mins walk from St Valery en Caux, a delightful place on the Alabaster coast. Stunning chalk cliffs. The site's electric doesn't conform to the EU 3 pole plug so you'll need a French adapter.
We rented a four person mobile home which was new and spotless. All kitchen equipment provided apart from a toaster! The staff were friendly and helpful and the heated swimming pool with outdoor slide was great - our 2 two-year-old loved it. No shop on site but you could order bread etc. for breakfast and there is a large Leclerc supermarket 2 minutes drive away. The seaside town of Veules-les-roses just up the coast is worth a visit - very pretty with a child-friendly sea-front playground and paddling pool.
Very well located, mostly well-maintained with good pitches etc., but during our stay in November the water in the showers was never more than warm, not helped by glass missing in two of the windows.
The reception at this site was fine and we had free wifi and could choose our own pitch - so far so good. However after that it was less good. The toilet facilities were dated and although fairly clean were really in need of updating. The grass on the pitches was getting quite long. The pitches we looked at all had quite a slope maybe beyond the realms of normal ramps. Despite there being loo roll holders and, according to the ACSI guide, toilet paper provided there was none. I know it is the end of the season - that is why there are price offers on sites however this did feel like people were not bothering that much here. The last straw was the fact that even after pressing the button in the shower for some time all I got was a small amount of luke warm water and my partner had the same an hour or so later. We left the next moring - a pity because St Valery is a nice place and the site well situated.
A quiet site located in the middle of the village. It was showing signs of fatigue from the peak season with the grass pitches bare in places and rutted. The water was not hot and the facilities needed cleaning. Adequate for one night.
A nice site but the builders were in during our stay, working on the swimming pool, so it was a bit noisy.
The bins needed emptying. There were bags of rubbish piled up for days. Wouldn't like to see it during the high season.
Easy walk into town, about 15 minutes but a bit of a slog up the hill coming back. The town is nice, very clean and amazing flower beds etc. The beach is OK, stony like Brighton but sand further out.
Supermarket half a mile away. Walkable if you're not carrying heavy stuff.
Pitches in blocks of 4 within hedged areas. Entrance to these very difficult, not enough room to manoeuvre. Some of the pitches are sloping. Grass not very well kept and bumpy.
Plenty of hot water in showers and washing up sinks.
